Waiting for over a month and nobody reply to my emails. It is deffo a scam do not buy it

item not as pictured - different lense and arm colours. the glasses are really flimsy and poorly made. look and feel like £2 glasses and not £15. attempted to contact for refund twice but no response. would not recommend buying from this company.

The worst customer service I've experienced.
Two separate packages delivered too late, one of the glasses was cut wrong and customer service doesn't even bother answering.

Just terrible. Ordered a smart phone clip holder to attach to my monitor. It took around one month to arrive, the box was completely smashed, and the product doesn’t even support the weight of an iPhone. Terrible all round experience. Will never use again.

It is a scam! Dont buy from them. My order has been ‚on the way’ for weeks, it’s all fake. I received no reply to my complaint e-mail. I so regret I fell for it.

Rip Off Company, no customer service. Gonna have to contact my bank to initiate a claim against the payment.

The laptop stand finally arrived, 45 days after I had ordered it and it only bears a superficial resemblance to the picture, It is made of flimsy plastic rather than aluminium and you could not put a laptop on it, maybe a lighter appliance like an Ipad but I specifically bought it for the laptop. It is also much smaller than shown and the dimensions given. It is not fit for purpose and I would normally send it back but they are so dreadful to deal with that I have given up. Do not buy anything from them. They are crap.

Ordered Aluminium Laptop stand and when it eventually arrived it was cheap plastic! Not what I ordered or paid for!!

Sad to write as I have used this company in late 2020 and had no problems with them then. However, ordered a pair of glasses in January 2022, it is now May 2022 and they have still not arrived.
I emailed customer services in February to ask for an update as I had received a shipping confirmation email a few days after purchase. They briefly responded that the product was coming from Hong Kong (I had no idea), they are a small company and gave me a tracking number that did not work. Emailed again in April to ask for an update. Finally emailed them again yesterday asking for a refund as this is totally unacceptable. Please save your money and shop elsewhere. The customer service is beyond poor and it sounds like they have taken a lot of money from people and not delivered products at all or they have been poor quality.

STILL WAITING. NO CORRESPONDENCE FROM COMPANY DESPITE NUMEROUS EMAILS. LOOKING TO TAKE THIS FURTHER.

I had the same experience as many on here. Ordered from the professional-looking website and received a prompt notification of despatch but then the item never came. The tracking link was bogus and I got no response to either of my emails. When I called the telephone number on the website, it wasn’t recognised. Clearly a scam website. Fortunately, when I raised a dispute with PayPal, PayPal refunded me the full order amount.

l ordered vr headset..came 2 months later..box damaged and 3D lense fell out and was loose in the box..l tried to replace lense but to no avail.l tried to send them an email with photos of damages..but no reply. lm in Australia so same trouble world wide.They should not be operating a business if they are fraudulent with their customer's.

This company took my money weeks ago, no product has arrived, no tracking is available and no one is picking up the customer services number or replying to multiple emails. Complete scam.

Can only agree with everyone else that has written a very negative report on this company. Do not use!! Have tried to contact them, to no avail.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One didn’t arrive. TEDDITH WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THERE ISNT MUCH TO DO TO GET IT BACK. BEWARE. Who’s down for a class action lawsuit?

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. This company are cheats. Take your money ok, months later send you a piece of crap which does not even resemble what you bought from the website and then ignore your protestations. Steer clear!
