PAID, NOTHING ARRIVED, NO RESPONSE FROM THEM!

Unfortunately yes they do appear to be scammers. I ordered a glasses necklace which was clearly silver and made quite nicely. What I received was a grubby brass ring that I could have bought for 10p in a DIY shop and tied a bit of cord on it.

They will send you something that will take 3 weeks from china, it wont be what you ordered and it will be worthless. Then they wont answer your queries once it has been delivered. They are a scam that attempts to delay the surge of consumer chargebacks by saying its out for delivery and you'll see a valid consignment tracking updates, whilst their payment provider is still paying them out until they notice the chargeback, they a are scamming you and their payment service provider.

Same experience as everyone else really ,placed an order weeks ago nothing has turned up said it was due to be shipped directly from the factory which made no sense at all .

I ordered my glasses nearly a month ago, I've had a dispatched message a few days later, Ive been waiting and waiting for my order to arrive , but nothing. I've even sent several emails to them but no response from teddith. I've contacted my bank to see if they can do anything for a refund. Stay away from this terrible rip off company.

Awful awful service. They ship direct from china so you will have to wait a month for delivery. Very misleading company.

If I wanted to order glasses direct from china then I would. Should be clearer on shipping terms

SCAM, they don't rspond

After reading most comments I thought I would never receive my order and that this website was a fraud . My order was delayed , but overall it took 3 weeks between the date I placed the order (Europe) and it was received (from Hong Kong) . Positively surprised , and happy with my purchase .

I've emailed multiple times and no response but judging by the reviews on here, it's a total scam.
I've been waiting for the products to help me at work but all they've done is take my money and run

Item took longer to arrive, when it did box damaged and not even the same product as i had ordered. Never get any replies from them every. Item ended up coming from Hong Kong. Started googling about this company and its all bad reviews!!! Its a total scam indeed. Just take people money and send out naff producs and wrong ones. Never recommendinh these. They need to be shut down!!

I purchased online for blue light blocking glasses in August of 2021. I was highly patient sent multiple follow-ups by email. I did consider it might be because of a Covid pandemic situation that caused a delay of delivery, but until today my purchase has not arrived. They gave me once a tracking number, but that was not for me, not even my location. Five months and counting, or maybe none will arrive. This is an online company that is not trustworthy.

I ordered something on the 10/1/22 for my sons Birthday and we are still waiting i have sent so many emails i have called the number and left so many voicemails i have now been to trading standards and they have told me to send them a letter of breach of contract so i sent this last week had a email asking for my order number so i sent them my order number and yet again still nothing. i now believe that this company is a BIG SCAM please don’t order from them.The phone number now doesn’t work JOKE

Adding my voice to the chorus of negative reviews. My experience mirrors everyone else’s - no sunglasses, no tracking info, no response to multiple emails. Pursuing through my credit card company. That’ll teach me not to read reviews beforehand in the future. Scam, scam, scam!!

Avoid! Daughter ordered sunglasses costing £20, delivery time was a lot longer than stated. When contacted they used the “we are a small company” excuse.
When the glasses finally arrived they looked very cheap and are not adult size. Have contacted Teddith about a return but so far no reply. Very disappointing

TOTAL SCAM.... I NEVER RECEIVED ANY NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. EMAILED AND CALLED THEM.... NOTHING NOTHING.

Placed order 4 Jan, delivery 4-5 days advised. No parcel yet arrived despite a text on 10 Jan stating order is shipped. Calked the customer contact phone number this morning to find that the telephone exchange saying ‘this number is not recognised’. I do not recommend this company at all.

Item took 27 days to arrive. Turns out it was dispatched from Hong Kong. Customer service poor, they justified this by claiming they are a ‘small company’ which is pretty weak. Would not buy from them again. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

Ordered something on the 28th of November still not here on the 8th of Jan. Emailed the company and no response. Absolute scam.
