Very poor service, the glasses come from China when the website poses as UK based, they are not well made and the customer service is non-existent. I have asked to return for a refund 3 times over the past 3 weeks and had zero response. Avoid.

It's been nearly a month and there's no sign of my order. Turns out this is a company based in Hong Kong thats posing as if it's from the UK

Still no delivery of my order from November 30th, can't get hold of anyone and again no one gets back to you, will be going to my bank to get money back.

Very bad experience from teddithau. Their sunglass is too tight causing sore skin

I would give them 0 stars cause they suck so much , ordered some blue light filter glasses for my computer , its been 16 days and they haven't gotten to me yet , and i doubt they ever will , i paid for these glasses and now my money is gone . I contacted the support team , been like 7 days , no answer , worst company , scammers . Never buying from them again

The website seriously tricked me because it looked somewhat legitimate and had reviews on there. But it is a total scam. Got the glasses and they were wonky and sat lopsided. The packaging was damaged and dirty. Tried to return the glasses and never got a reply back - the emailing return system is a total scam, they never respond.

Abysmal company, clearly a scam.

I stupidly ordered a pair of glasses from this company, without reading the reviews.

I ordered the glasses for the purpose of wearing them when I was using my computer. The glasses came this morning and although the box was damaged, when I opened the box the glasses were undamaged.

I turned on my computer, put on the glasses and my vision was blurred. I turned on the television put on the glasses and once again my vision was blurred. I even tried to read a card that I could read without glasses and once again my vision was blurred.

I have now contacted Teddith to register my disgust, that they are selling products that are not fit for the purpose they state they are. I have also informed Teddith, that I am reporting them to Trading Standards.

However if Trading Standards can't help me. I'm sure there is another company who may be able to put a stop to Teddith scamming people out of their hard earned cash.

I have now contacted Trading Standards via Citizens Advice Bureau. I have to wait 5 days for their response.

contact phone number doesn't work (no explanation given why not!) - no response to email, not hopeful given other negative reviews - update 30 Nov still no response on email or getting through on phone, told product on its way (taking very long time to arrive, shame they don't make it clear what lead times are / if coming from outside UK... will be returning it immediately on arrival and challenging charge with my credit card company)

As mentioned previously. Absolutely awful customer service. Still not received my sunglasses after a month, asked for a refund and no response to any emails. Phone number doesn't work.

Absolutely dreadful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I really should have read the reviews first.

Wish i could give - 5 stars! Took ages to arrive. Quality is so bad, like my kids play with better quality glasses than these. They dont even look completely like the photos. Their support team don't even respond to any of my messages on multiple platforms.

I'd give it a zero if I could. Took forever to ship, no tracking, and upon arrival, one of the arms didn't work. When I tried to open the arm, a lens popped out. I tried to loosen the screw on the arm and it was so tight, the cheap frame bent with my attempt. After reading reviews of this company, I decided to take the 15 dollar loss rather than frustrate myself trying to contact a customer service line that doesn't seem to exist. I very effortlessly popped out the other lens and crumpled the frames in one hand as if they were a ball of aluminum foil, laughed at myself, then tossed them in the trash. This product was a 15 dollar piece of garbage. This company is a scam. Do not waste your money. Just use amazon.

Appalling customer services. Took 2 weeks to receive them. Glasses arrived crushed in a plastic bag in the post.
Side arms wouldn’t even open and nose bar all bent. Emailed them with photos and they didn’t reply.
Cheap and shoddy, avoid this company, pay a bit extra for quality

Took almost a month to receive and ended up with a damaged item, there was a scratch on the glasses. The quality is too low for which i would not even spend that amount of money. I got the "Blue Light Blocking Computer Glasses for Women" and guess what it gave me even more headache. Guess it would not have hurt to invest more on a better one. Never again! Please do not let the images fool you especially the models wearing the glasses; reconsider before you even buy one from them!

Bought in Teddith AU - They never respond to support email once we complaint, waiting for 3 weeks then they send the wrong item - have tried to contact them - 1300 phone no is DEAD only to look genuine there (feel free to try calling) and email as usual, no response. Basically they just take your money and send whatever they have in their home.

Despite spending close to $50 AUD on my glasses and shipping, quality indicates otherwise. Shipping took over a month with no track provided whatsoever. When I thought they were lost I followed up with Teddith; I was told it hadn't shipped yet. It arrived 2 days later in a flimsy plastic bag, ostensibly with no packaging designed to protect the glasses. Immediately after opening I realised I'd perhaps been duped, and the glasses weren't remotely comparable to the product advertised online. I'm happy to concede that I hadn't read any reviews prior to purchase, but seeing as it had been promoted by Buzzfeed in some since-deleted posts, I figured it would be a reputable source. Apparently not. After less than an hour of gentle wear --they're sitting on my face in-doors??-- I began to notice the tortoise-shell frame was peeling/fracturing. I probably took the glasses on and off half a dozen times, and already the lens appeared to be wearing scratches/marks. I'm decidedly unimpressed, and am doubtful whether they truly block blue light. Avoid these grubs like the plague.

Awful and next to no customer service, the glasses I received over a month later were not how they looked online, they don’t work, they’re obviously cheaply made. And now getting a refund is next to impossible. I’ve exhausted all the options of getting in contact with them and nothing.
