Poor quality, wish I'd have researched prior. All emails ignored. Avoid avoid avoid.

Wish I had researched Proper into this company before shopping here.
Had I I wouldn't of ordered with them.
Emails to them have been completely ignored.
No contact regarding delivery.

Luckily my glasses did come but the quality of them is so cheap and wasn't worth the money I've spent.

I would never shop here again based on lack of communication and pss poor quality.
Please listen to these reviews.

Hitting myself for not having researched to see if this shop was legitimate. Surprise! It is not. I never received my order, all attempts of contacting the shop have failed.
DO NOT ORDER, anything.. ever.
Hope that reading this has convinced you and reached you in time before placing any orders.
If so, yay! If not, I’m sorry it sucks, but at least you’ve learnt the same thing I have…
Always look to see if the site is legit, some are quite convincing so don’t be hard on yourself.

Glasses arrived broken, rubbish & cheap items! Spent over £50. Authentic looking website. Instagram ignored, email ignored. So invoice inside the box- no packaging to protect glasses.

Received them, terrible quality and very flimsy, don't seem to reflect blue light at all and have no return address despite stating that on their website. The website itself is very convincing but please, if you're looking for blue light glasses go elsewhere.

SCAM! Needs to be shut down!! Take your money and don’t send you any products. Their contact number doesn’t work and they dont reply to emails.

Cheap broken glasses received and no returns address available. Not worth your time. Do not buy from here.

Like others I ordered received confirmation , and confirmation of tracking , then nothing , no customer service emails were responded to . No product arrived . Where is the product ? Where is customer service ? Is this a company even ? I will be notifying authorities .
This is a total scam .

Awful cheap glasses no return address no opportunity for a refund, emails to support unanswered phone number disconnected con artists do not waste your money.

Total scam. Bought what was supposed to be polarized sports sunglasses. They looked nothing like what was advertised, were not polarized and we cheap material. The reviews on thw website appear fake and i couldn't write a comment on there to warn people.

ANOTHER SCAM! TEDDITH SCAM!

I placed an order for 2 x blue light glasses and a diffuser back on 27/7/21.
I received an email straight back stating my order #7376 had been received and was being prepared for shipping.
I received another email on 31/7/21 stating my order had been shipped (WITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER MIND YOU) and could be tracked through the shop app. I then downloaded the shop app which showed my order had been shipped but again there was NO TRACKING NUMBER to actually track it’s delivery.
I then emailed customer service on 6/8/21 saying I’d placed an order but hadn’t heard or received anything since & asked it to be followed up.
NO RESPONSE.
I then called the 1300… customer service number but it’s disconnected. Lastly, i tried messaging customer service through the support area on the website but it wouldn’t submit my message.

This is completely unethical and unacceptable standards of service. How does a company (if it is actually a company) continue to operate under such poor standards?
It is also a major lesson in remembering to always read customer reviews prior to placing an online order with a company you know nothing about.

DO NOT BE FOOLED completely false advertising! As with others I ordered the glasses necklace silver with blue chord but was delivered absolutely nothing as advertised. Brown square bootlace like an off cut with cheap copper looking ring not even attached, so cheap and nasty and charged £10 for the item and £5 delivery, no reply to emails.

Glasses are too big and need to return but no one replies to my emails and there’s no phone - the number on their site doesn’t work… probably because they aren’t a real company!

Ordered a necklace glasses holder & it was absolutely nothing like the advertised one!! Infact mine was a length of cheap brown cord with a brass curtain ring as the spec holder! I honestly have the same curtain rings in my home!
Emailed 3 times, no response atall!
Do NOT buy from these deceitful, money grabbing so called humans

Their problem is the costumer service sent me the track, 10 days before the purchase. I received the glasses after 15 days of my purchase that is reasonable to me.

SCAM. Took my money. No receipt. No response

Paid for a pair of gaming glasses via PayPal. No confirmation email. No email informing of when item will be dispatched. Multiple emails and been a week and still no reply. Will be asking for a refund. Total scam and rip off. Do not buy from Teddith ever! Rip off and thieves!

Glad I didn’t read reviews before ordering as they were mostly very bad, however, my personal experience has been good. Kept informed of progression of order only waited seven days , good quality well packaged product. I ordered Maggie retro round sunglasses with leopard frame. Exceptionally well priced at £16.99 had a discount code and postage was reasonable. Would use this company again and recommend. When ordering from an unknown company is , I have found, often a lottery anyway. But certainly give this company a chance!

The glasses are horrible quality. They are plastic-ky. The kinds that you can get from a pound shop with absolutely filter. I was stupid enough to buy them. Please don't buy from them. Let me be the last idiot and let's hope it got shut down.
