SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Avoid this company at all cost! They took my money and sent me a disgusting cheap item, nothing like what I had ordered.
They won’t answer e mails and phone number is non existent.
They are despicable people robbing genuine customers.
TOTAL SCAM!

I read a lot of horrible reviews on this certain retailer, but after my recent experience I have to say I'm happy with my product. Obviously they aren't the best quality but they're certainly much better than I expected. The delivery took a little under 14 business days, and although there was a lack of communication, I'm definitely happy to say I've had a wonderful experience with this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT IS A SCAM

Sent me the wrong glasses. I followed the return process to exchange for the correct glasses and received no response (after multiple attempts). I rang the number on their website and it was the number of a completely different business. The guy who answered the phone has asked Teddith numerous times to change the number on their website. Do not buy from these people.

Awful customer service writing about missing things in my order, they answering about delivery that it can be later, like how I have already have glasses and they write nonsense, after 3rd letter asking for missing things they even do not answer anymore, do not recommend this company

This company missed the shipping date by 2 weeks. Never answered any emails or questions, or returned any phone calls. Then the item finally arrived and it was the wrong item. Again, refused to answer anything. I can't return it or ask for an exchange. So basically, I got shipped a pair of clear sunglasses and am stuck with them. What would I do with clear sunglasses?

Awful company. Absolutely no response when tryign to send something back. I now have two items that I cannot return. I have reported to trading standards.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered glasses around 2 weeks ago and they are nowhere to be seen! Plus I have no idea where the item is as they don't send ANY update and when you email them noone gets back in touch! Unless you want to be in doubt and wait forever DON'T BUY from them!

Oh my goodness do not go near this company! I cancelled my order 4 minutes after I had placed it. I didn't hear anything until they said they were shipping it 2 weeks later. I emailed them again saying I had cancelled and asked them not to send it, and refund me. Then yesterday it turned up. I wish I'd read the reviews. I would have given 0 stars if it were an option. Appalling people.

THESE GLASSES HAVE PLAIN LENSES

I ordered a pair of glasses with a blue light filter in. They did arrive quickly which I was happy about but the glasses DO NOT have a blue light filter.

I have another pair of glasses with a blue light filter and in comparison and these ones make NO difference at all whereas with my other pair the difference is really noticeable as soon as you wear them.

Avoid this company they are seeling plain plastic lenses and selling them as blue light filter glasses.

Honestly, the product was really good and fits really well on my medium sized face, couldn't even believe it since I can't find the same fit in physical stores. I ordered 2 pieces the two toned one with( black and lilac) and the black. The downside is that it took 4? weeks to get delivered that I started to feel like I was conned. I even asked paypal to hold the payment.if they were able to deliver in 2 weeks maybe they would get higher rating. TLDR: QUALITY: Very good. DELIVERY TIME: Sucks and very long.

I have heard great things about blue blocking glasses, so decided to jump on the bandwagon and purchase these from Teddith. It was only after ordering the glasses that I read the Trust pilot reviews, and have to admit my heart sank with how many bad reviews there are.
However, to my relief, only around 6 days later my glasses turned up. They have one tiny scratch on the lens, but it isnt noticeable. I actually quite like them too.
I have only been wearing them for a day and have noticed a significant difference in my eyes staring at a screen.
I feel other people have perhaps been unlucky with their glasses, or set their expectations too high in terms of what you might get for only £20. They do the job!

Item arrived in a timely fashion and seem good quality.

It is an elaborate scam be AWARE !!! Gives you the impression that you are ordering from a reputable company, manufacturing its own products. But it’s just another drop shipping company ordering from China and most probably operating from home! Low quality product.

AVOID NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE LINE NOT CONNECTING CHEAP PLASTIC GLASSES bought aviator glasses for ladies, took 2 weeks to receive them and they should be a uk based company. the glasses are far too big, so i have tried to contact them to return them. ghost town never replied to a single email and the customer service phone line doesn't connect !!

A Fancy website giving impression that you are ordering from a reputable company, manufacturing its own products. But it’s just another drop shipping company ordering from China and most probably operating from home! A very low quality product with poor packaging and no case, which incidentally you can order directly via AliExpress or Wish for under £5 including shipping cost. AVOID!

I ordered a reading glass more than a month ago. Still no delivery no track of order.

Looks like I have wasted money

Ordered some glasses from them. When they arrived they were rusty and the lenses were scratched. Email them right away to adage a refund/replacement and got back what was clearly an automated response. Have emailed since but got nothing in return. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

TERRIBLE- STAY AWAY

DELAYED DELIVERY WITH NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER. FINALLY RECEIVED POOR QUALITY GLASSES. OVER ONE MONTH OF SENDING EMAIL REQUESTS TO RETURN THE ITEM AND NO RESPONSE. THERE IS ALSO NO RETURNS ADDRESS ON THEIR WEBSITE. FRAUD!

Received glasses that lasted two days before one of the screws fell out due to poor construction, I’ve been chasing for a response for a month now to organise a refund, I received one response initially asking for an order number which I had already provided then I’ve not heard from them. Please avoid this company! They make a poor quality product and do not respond as everyone else has mentioned.
