Ordered some sunglasses which were reasonably priced (I was after cheap ones so expectations weren't high). The delivery charge is high though and the wait is long but as per other reviewers that is because the glasses came direct from China. I received tracking details after 5 days or so. I did email beforehand to ask for an update to which I got a reply explaining the shipment was coming from China. Glasses are ok and as expected. Overall just over 2 weeks delivery from order placement. Probably wouldn't have ordered from Teddith if I had read the Trust Pilot reviews beforehand but I personally didn't have a bad experience.

Ordered an *aluminium* laptop stand. Got a flimsy plastic one a few weeks later. Similar to many others who've posted here.

I didn't do my homework on what looked like a legit business before ordering. So here I am. Hope this helps someone else.

AVOID👎👎👎…. Seller doesn’t dispatch items just takes your money.
No communication via email & phone number just rings out.
Please ban this company from trading & ripping people off.

As all below i also would like to confirm that don't buy anything from this company all service is rubish no response of email. Contact number is wrong and delivery i am still waiting to be expected after 3 weeks. I am desperateand by mistake i ordered VR from here i wish i could read reviews before order.

Delayed shipping, item took weeks and weeks to arrive. The box was severely damaged. The item description said it fitted a surface pro - it doesn’t, so it’s useless to me. And now I have to pay to return it. They don’t respond to emails, I’ve sent them 2 in the past 3 weeks and nothing!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolute scammers and I cannot believe they are still allowed to trade. Now raised a dispute with Shopify and my credit card company. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Wish I had been sensible enough to read the reviews first!!!!!!

Do not purchase, they ship from china which took around 3 weeks & didn’t answer any emails sent to support. Glasses arrived and were decent quality but save your money and buy elsewhere if possible. £5 delivery charge for 3 weeks wait time is unacceptable.

Wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing...I waited almost 4 weeks for sunglasses and they finally came today...I had no idea they were coming from China or I wouldn't have purchased them...just cheap looking awful sun glasses that don't even sit even on my face...£20 down the drain...avoid avoid please.

I finally got a response from Teddith! They confirmed that the product is drop shipped from china! So in other words they are the middle man . Hence why we are all waiting sooo long for our product . When you place an order they take your money and place an order themselves for a very cheap pair of glasses from china and keep the profit . But fail to inform anyone of this and also fail to inform you will be waiting sometimes months for your product . Please don’t waste your time and instead find a more honest merchant

If I ever find out where this company is based I'm egging it

I ordered on 23th June and no sign of my sunglasses where the hell are they and will they ever come. I wanted to wear them in the summer are they going to arrive in Autumn bad bad bad company worst experience ever rubbish

Rubbish. Everything about Teddith is appalling. Goods, delivery and customer service are trash! Do not order from this company. Definitely not based in UK.

The customer service is appalling, I have emailed them 5 times now asking for a refund as my sunglasses arrived late. It turns out that they didnt come direct from Teddith in the uk, they came from Hong Kong. When I placed my order, their website advised me that delivery would be within 1 week. I have had no reply to any of my emails, do not use this company, they are a con, with cheap overpriced sunglasses that take ages to arrive and their customer service is non-existent.

This is just to confirm what everyone else has written. Do not buy from this company. I ordered a pair of aviator glasses with "classic" green lenses and gold frames, and today to my surprise, as by now, 3 weeks after ordering and having only had a "shipped" email, had consigned myself to having been ripped off and maybe getting refunded by my bank, however a package arrived. Not the classic green and gold aviators as ordered, but blue with aluminium frames! Oh well,I thought, I'll try them on anyhow, only to find the frames were bent and one of the lenses is all but about to pop out. Seriously do not purchase, I only wish I'd read these reviews first. I guess you live and learn but what a s**t show of a company this is, 0 stars is too many!

Can only echo everyone else's experience, this is a scam. Ordered a laptop stand, money has been taken and then nothing. Contacting the company goes to a blackhole and the helpline number is fake. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Can’t get hold of the company for a refund. I’ve messaged on the website and instagram with no response!
DO NOT trust this company!!

Just awful. Ordered a glasses holder. 4 weeks later it says dispatched but not arrived. No answer to emails. Site says Teddith UK but is Chinese. Do not use this site.

Waiting 6 weeks for these glasses but come in the end very good quality but be Patient if you want to order
