****UPDATE**** So my 2 pairs of glasses finally arrived... TERRIBLE CHEAP quality.. one pair has a slight yellow tint to the lens, the other is totally clear. They feel completely flimsy, no quality at all. I also highly doubt they have any 'blue light filter' at all.

Do not order from this website !! I placed an order for 2 pairs of blue light glasses on 6th of December but I still haven’t received anything. I used the “shop” tracking that was send in my email confirmation of the order, it’s saying the item is shipped but there’s not any actual tracking info or even a tracking number. Emails, social media messages and calls are being completely ignored too! They took full payment for my purchase and shipping so it looks like I have no choice now but to speak to my bank and dispute the payment they took.

Just wish I checked reviews online before making a purchase. Total scam.

This website is not a legit website in my opinion.1 blue light eyewear has been ordered on the 12th of December but still I didn't get it. Also, it's not showing any tracking but they are saying like it has been shipped. Emails are ignored and all calls gets transferred to voice mail and still no reply. They took £4.99 for delivery and this is what's happening. I believe they are total scammm. I didn't check the review on trustpilot and ordered it. I will now start dispute to get my money back maybe. Don't buy anything from this website. Really frustrating.

I paid them for one eye glass,but they Didn't confirm my order,now i can't finding my account and cant track my order

Purchased a VR headset on the 3rd of December for my sons Christmas present. Its now the 21st of December and nothing has been delivered. Emails all ignored of course. I hope Karma does its work on you whoever is ripping people off. My 8 year old is going to be upset on Christmas morning.

Not replying to emails. Has anyone ever got a refund from this company?

Terrible company. Don’t buy from them, they are out to take your money and send you something that doesn’t match the description of what you bought. You will be sent cheap Chinese junk. Then try and find the return address, you can’t. Do they reply to emails, no.

The worst company ever. A total SCAM. Received “blue light” glasses which came weeks after I ordered them, and they were cheap and only clear- not blue light lenses.
Contacted them countless times and their phone number isn’t in use. 100% scam company. Do not order from them.

Did not receive my product. Customer service is very slow and they make excuses like "sorry for the delay, we are a small company". Small company but they ship their products from China, so obviously going to take a while to arrive. Nonetheless, my product says it has arrived and there is no way of tracking it. Do not purchase from them.

I only wish that I had read all the reviews before I made my purchase from Teddith.
Like so many others, I too have not received my items and despite me sending several messages via email and phone I have not had any response from them.
I do therefore believe that this is a scam company and would urge anyone reading this not to purchase from them
I will be taking this matter further and reporting them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please do not buy from this company; you’ll be wasting you money. I purchased a pair of blue light glasses, and questioned the legitimacy of the company after they hadn’t been delivered for over a week. Then I read TrustPilot, and contacted Teddith’s customer service to ask for tracking. I did receive an email back from them the next day, explaining that they are a start-up company and have warehouses in different countries, therefore that’s why delivery can take so long. Anyway, three weeks later the glasses finally arrived. The item I received is not what I ordered, or has been inaccurately represented on the website compared to what I got. In addition, the quality is terrible. I have contacted Teddith twice to tell them this and that I would like a pre-paid return label to send them back and get a refund on account of received the wrong item, and I’ve not had a response, despite them being quite speedy to reply to me about parcel tracking. I’ve send them pictures as proof the item is not as described, and still, nothing.

Please. Don’t. Buy. From. Teddith. Absolute scam.

This company is a scam!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER from them, they just steal your money! Will report this company because they are awful! Amazing how a company like this can operate! No customer service, they conveniently only have email as a way to get in touch.... That in itself is a red flag, well I've learnt my lesson anyway, always check trust pilot! Scum bags! Also they have turned off comments on their insta account...... So this is definitely a scam company

If i could give less than 1 star I would, this brands advertising should be pulled from all social media platforms until they are running their business correctly. Like many of the other reviews, I waited a long time for the item I ordered to arrive and when they did I was beyond disappointed, shocked in fact. they were such awful quality you could buy better in primark for a quarter of the price. They are wonky and just generally awful. I emailed immediately asking for them to provide the return options as there is nothing on their website (i think this may be illegal). Under statutory rights I am entitled to a refund for a product that is not wanted, not as advertised or faulty within 30 days or purchase. They will not provide details of how I can return these for a refund. They will not even respond. 6 emails and 2 direct messages on instagram and radio silence. Absolutely disgusting customer service and a company being run by a charlatan who just wants to keep money they are not entitled to keep from unhappy customers. DISGUSTING!!! I plead that unless you want to burn £20 (not a huge amount, but at the moment every little helps!) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!

Awful. Wish I'd read the reviews before buying. Took 3 weeks for anything to turn up, then some glasses arrived which were a) not the ones I ordered, b) not even blue light glasses, just clear lenses and c) terrible cheap quality that will fall apart in two minutes. I've paid the same for blue light light glasses before and had miles better than this. I emailed twice to try to get a delivery update over the last three weeks, and was ignored, no doubt I'll be ignored when I try to get my money back. Will get refunded by the bank instead.

A completely unethical company which misleads customers and provides no customer service, let alone the actual product. There is no one at the end of the emails to communicate - DO NOT TAKE ANY MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD OR YOUR BUSINESS WILL BE OVER.

Absolute SCAM! Delivery takes 3-4 weeks, and you don’t get the item sent that you have ordered!
Website sounds very promising.
Glasses are cheap cheap cheap plastic from china. Wouldn’t even spend a pound on them. And totally different shape and colour then what they make out. The website looks good. Total SCAM. Don’t order, save yourself hassle. It’s not worth it!

It's been 6 weeks since my order now, still nothing arrived. The seller it now not responding to any communication.

Really poor customer service, been waiting for 3 weeks now, after expecting 1-2 day delivery as highlighted. They just order from Aliexpress/DHgate, and do not reply to emails.

right as I opened the package it already appeared to have cracks on one of the lenses. I've tried emailing asking for an exchange or refund but they have not answered back for almost a week. The glasses were also flimsy and felt cheap.

Really cheap and nasty. The item looks nothing like the photo advertised.
So disappointing.

Ordered sunglasses from teddith,they are nothing like the pictures and description on the site, absolute rubbish, zero quality,never again.
