I purchased MS Office 2021 from Tekgia in February 2023, but after installing it I was unable to register the product with MS. Bob did not seem able help, even though he appeared to try. Eventually, after requests of a refund, I’m left out of pocket and no refund has been forthcoming yet. I’ll keep trying.

Bob never fails to come up trumps with a solution to the problems I create for him. How he manages to keep on top of dealing with Microsoft never fails to amaze me.

Not having fully understood how the licensing process worked at first, I really appreciated the timely and helpful after-sales follow-up and advice from Tekgia. Thank you!

After having to restore my pc, Bob has been extremely helpful in helping me to find an old product key that was purchased through Tekgia several years ago. So impressed with this company's customer service, I would definitely use again and would recommend to others without hesitation.

The team at Tekgia is 100% committed to delivering for customers: not chatbots or complicated menus, but real people on the phone and on email. Highly recommended for smaller charities and non-profits, which don't necessarily have any depth of technical expertise in-house.

A month after our registration with Microsoft as a Charitable Organisation, Tekgia has still not provided us with a Product Key for MS Office Pro 21. Tekgia have insisted that we agree to a reseller (Ingram Micro) making purchases on our behalf (without our prior approval), which is an unfair contract term. In effect, Tekgia has provided us with an illegal copy of MS Office Pro 21.

A difficult installation against the backdrop of significant microsoft system changes. Very helpful information and follow up with quick response to the changing situation. A successful outcome. Thank you, good to deal with.

Really helpful, detailed, rapid, personal support. I doubt I would have been able to get what I needed from Microsoft without their help. If only MS was as good.

There was a problem activating a program. Tekgia were excellent in steering me through the problem and incredibly patient. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts over an evening and a morning. When buying the software they were equally helpful and supportive. A great company.

I needed help tp reinstall Office 2019(originally purchased from Tekgia. Bob couldn't have been more helpful. He guided me to the appropriate location so I could reinstall the program. A windows file was missing and he showed me the steps I needed to take to add the file so that Office was up and running on my new computer. Bob and Tekgia provided me with a first class service. Outstanding.

Both in the past, and on this occasion, I have found Tekgia to be VERY helpful. I needed help in installing a programme. Not being the most computer literate person in the world I experienced some difficulties which Tekgia helped me with and did so willingly and with instructions I was easily able to follow.

Quick effective response to a software problem late in the afternoon

Had problem related to re-installing MS2019. Bob was fantastic in resolving the difficulty. I am now up and running with much thankfulness for such professional assistance 11/10 !!

My PC bit the dust and I had to start anew. My microsoft office elements came back on the new machine as unactivated. Tekgia was able to lay out a step-by-step process to 'transfer' the Key information for activation and now I'm up and running with Word and Excel just as before.
