Following a fault on our computer I lost access to my publisher program and needed to contact Tekgia on how to resolve it. Bob was very helpful and quick to reply with the necessary information needed to get me up and running again. Very professional, helpful and informative

I have had excellent service from Tekgia. I bought a new PC and couldn't transfer the Office professional Plus software. They sent me another CD, and when I had some further issues they were most helpful with regular email exchanges. I highly recommend Tekgia!

I bought a copy of Microsoft Office Professional 2019 from Tekgia and received exceptional service. when I had a problem downloading they sent me a CD with the software on 1st Class and instructions. The installation was completely seemless. Friendly service with offers of help if needed make this a great place to buy from.

Tekgia retail Microsoft, amongst others', "genuine" software, and make no mistake on this, at very competitive prices, but, where they stand "head and shoulders" above their competitors, is in the "par excellence" level of customer service provided by Bob Wilkins and his team.

I rate this company highly. I purchased software at charity rate for use in a Church at a big saving in cost. The service was fast and a disk provided at no extra cost. It was later when I was struggeling to find from Microsoft the Product Key for the software that a member of Tekgia (Bob) was very helpful indeed and offered to obtain the key and pass it to me. Communication was excellent (even on a Saturday). I would recommend Tekgia any day and will be ordering again should I require futher software.

Ordered Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus. Bob at Tekgia processed the order quickly and efficiently. I had a small service-user issue with downloading but Bob was extremely helpful offering guidance and support and quickly resolved my problem. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Tekgia.

We had an issue obtaining our Product Key for a Microsoft product purchased through Tekgia. Bob at Tekgia could not have been more helpful, courteous and patient and we received great service and, more importantly perhaps, reassurance throughout, that he would resolve our problem. And he did!
