I needed to move Microsoft Office from an old to a new laptop. The support I got from this company was second to none. Thank you Bob.

I never received the original activation codes from Microsoft for my purchase but Bob responded very quickly over the Bank Holiday weekend and it is now all sorted. Highly recommended.

Microsoft failed to send authentication / activation info for Office 2019 Pro-Plus. Tekgia engaged in several e-mails to myself and Microsoft despite it being Christmas, and offered every help and support I might need. Brilliant service, highly recommended.

I thought at first that I had fallen for a scam but the support to recover the situation from Bob at Tekgia was first class.

From the outset the level of support has been excellent. I just wish that all companies adopted the same approach. Many thanks Bob.

I had just renewed my Microsoft programs and run into a very time consuming problem to get the new packages working. I was stuck for days.

Company offered a reduced cost Windows package for our charity.community group. My previous version has just been cut off from updates.

They supplied a link for the package, but on request have also supplied a downloaded disc version. I subsequently encountered registration queries, which they have guided me through and the package is now fully operational. They even contacted me after a Sunday email that same evening; I had not expected any response until the office reopened- truly outstanding service and support

Received an unsolicited email from this unknown company, giving misleading information about Microsoft withdrawing support for all older products.

I have never dealt with this company in the past, so must assume they are collecting emails from some other source especially as I don’t run any of the organisations they quote.

I purchased Microsoft Office Standard for a charity through Tekgia, which they supplied on back up disk. They helped with the activation key which took around 10 helpful emails to "hold my hand" through the process. Very prompt, patient and helpful and the software is now up, running and activated.
Would recommend them without any reservations.

I had a problem installing one of the microsoft products when I changed my computer. Bob was amazing. He didn't give up and kept suggesting ways out of the problem until eventually it worked. And he even responded over the weekend! Truly incredible service.

Very impressive service in sorting out a problem obtaining the Product key from Microsoft on my behalf for Office 2019. Response was repeatedly prompt and very helpful, fully explaining what was happening at all times

I bought software for a charity that I am treasurer of. The software download was available and Tekgia provided a dvd of the software very quickly free of charge. I was having difficulty getting the product keys for the software. Bob at Tekgia was endlessly patient and knowledgeable, also very quick to respond to my questions. It turns out that it was not Tekgia but the software provider that was the problem! I cannot recommend Tekgia highly enough. Excellent service, backup and communications.

Recently bought two copies of MS Office Pro 2019. All installed and working OK until MS tell me there's no license key. I contacted Bob at Tekgia and he couldn't have been more helpful. Got me through quite a process with Microsoft and now all is OK... I suspect the root of my difficulty was that I didn't want a Microsoft subscription service.
I would highly recommend Tekgia. They are friendly and responsive, and offer great discounted price on genuine software.

I bought MS Office from these guys years ago. However, even now whenever I have had a problem, my go-to man Bob is there to help, quickly, efficiently and with patient humour. I cannot recommend Tegea enough.

From my previous reviews you can see that I have had quite a time dealing with Tekgia! Recently I was surprised to receive an advertising email from them so I tried to make contact and lo and behold got through almost immediately. No explanation as to why there has been radio silence for months but I was just grateful that Bob gave me a link and I was able to download another copy of Office for my charity which is working fine. However there is now a convoluted process to get this registered with Microsoft (as noted by the last reviewer) which I have yet to tackle so fingers crossed....!

I placed my order on 13th February 2020 and received confirmation and the invoice amount taken on 14-2-20. The information given by tekgia was that they would confirm with me that they would establish the Microsoft Account for me and email the details, including the license information in due course. This they have never done and hence I do not have a usable copy of the software downloaded under their instruction. I have emailed the company on numerous occasions and obtained no reply to the messages. The telephone line of 0845 124 0484 for tekgia has no means of access – giving the message “Service is Closed”.
I can access my account on their website (which still seems to be advertising and accepting orders) and can verify my order there. I have left a message on their messaging service for account holders – acknowledged but with no reply.
I have a confirmed claim from my credit card company for the unfulfilled order. Buyers beware!

Responded quickly even during the weekend with a patient and understanding solution to my problem. Always aware of the technical limitations of someone like me.

Tekgia is a legitimate business that is still active but my purchase of Office software from their website was convoluted. On the initial purchase I received emails with a link to download the software and an invoice. No mention of the product key needed to activate the software. It worked for a month then became unavailable, requiring the product key to activate it. With concerns that I might have been scammed I looked into the company and there were some red flags: no automatic correspondence about obtaining the product key; the reviews here on Trustpilot; the telephone contact no not working. However, Bob (Robert Wilkins is his full name), responded fairly promptly to the message I sent via the website. After a slightly drawn out process of setting up an account with the Microsoft Volume Licensing Centre, I obtained the product key and the Office applications are working fine again. So, a convoluted process but ultimately successful.

This company recently started to send our charity unsolicited junk email messages - i.e. that no-one in the charity has signed up to receive. Their email address is now blocked, however after this (and also seeing some of the reviews here), we can only assume that this company is running some sort of scam.

Bought product CD sent, Office stopped working, contacted the company for key and they never responded. Ended up buying full version from Microsoft direct. I can not recommend this company.
