we have used this company several times, however things have changed, please be careful what you purchase the product we recently purchased outlook 19, we are unable to use, we have emailed and left messages asking for assistance with no response,
is it genuine not sure !!

Purchased (and paid for by credit card) MS Office 2019 Standard for Charities. All acknowledged by Tekgia with invoice and instruction sheet. Story ends there, Have telephoned thrice and emailed to request the Microsoft code. There has been no response. Assume business has failed. Disappointing as I have received emails from them over a long period.

Placed a software purchase on 22 January 2020. Nothing received, no response to emails and phone messages. Now website suspended by hosting company.
I can only conclude that this money is now lost.......

I purchased Office for MAC from this company 2 weeks ago when it didn't arrive spoke 3 times to receptionist who said Bob would contact me. He never has. I went down to their address on the website the building is under renovation.

Fortunately paid by credit card so hope my credit card company will refund.

Not to be recommended. Bought Ms Professional Plus 2019 for the admin work I do for church and deanery. When a product code was required to legalise the product I was unable to contact Bob at Tekgia. Several phone calls (Bob not available but would get back to me) and a number of emails ( all unanswered) I have had to purchase another product. All good now but no thanks to this company.

After very many calls to the 0845 Tekgia number which I have now discovered is a premium rate number from my mobile and will have incurred a substantial cost, Tekgia have failed to get back in touch with me to sort out the problem with the activation of the Microsoft Office Standard 2019 package they sold me. After 3 further calls today, all I get is a message that no one is available to take my call. I have spent about 2 hours talking to Microsoft but they insist that it is Tekgia who have to sort out the problem. I have emailed Tekgia and they have failed to acknowledge or reply to any of my emails. I have given them every chance to sort out this issue but Tekgia have completely failed. Based on my experience, the only advice I can give to others after this appalling standard of service is to learn from my experience. Apparently Tekgia have objected to my previous review on the grounds that it breached the Trustpilot guidelines. It was an attempt to reach out to them which they obviously did not like but it does seem they are able to respond to things if they choose to do so.

I had the same experience as some others here. The s'ware seemed OK then after a few weeks asked for the licence key. Phoned Tekgia they said MS should have emailed a licence key (as you'll read elsewhere MS in fact don't do this.) Tekgia said they couldn't help.

I recently purchased Office 2019, from them, for a charity.
The support I got, when I had problems with my installation, was excellent. Bob promptly responded to me, a number of times, even in the evenings. This is an excellent company to deal with.

Bob at TEKGIA was absolutely excellent in providing help with activating Microsoft Publisher. He was willing, polite, prompt and patient - all those attributes one wishes everyone would exhibit. I have nothing but praise and thanks for all the time he allowed for a successful conclusion. Job has a rival.

Just received spam email from them to several addresses scraped off our church's website in total contravention of GDPR rules.

Clearly not a good company to deal with.

I had some problems installing Microsoft software which needed help from experts. Tekgia's staff called back within minutes and once they understood the issues sent very detailed instructions to guide me through the maze, which worked perfectly. The icing on the cake was an email checking that it had all worked. An excellent service from people who are clearly on top of the technology.

Cannot recommend Tekgia highly enough. I have received 5 star customer service from Bob over the past few days as I’ve experienced issues activating some new software. Bob has helped tirelessly to rectify all issues in a timely, professional and friendly manner. Many thanks!

After purchasing Office 2019 yesterday I had a few issues with the download and installation, probably due to my lack of experience and understanding of these matters. I contacted the company and Bob promptly rang me back and guided me through the process. Unfortunately today revealed a few further issues and I cannot praise Bob highly enough for his patience and understanding in finally resolving these issues late into this evening after a number of emails. It is rare to find Customer Service on this level and I applaud you Bob. I will not hesitate to use your company again should the need arise and would recommend you to anyone who is unsure about purchasing products online, as I was before this experience. Well done again.

Fantastic customer service! We had a few issues with getting our new software activated and Bob couldn't have been more helpful. Such a refreshing change from companies that either don't seem to care much or blind you with computer geekery if they do try to help. Really happy with our interactions with Tekgia and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and very pleased with the software too!

Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone. Truly a five star company that does what it says, is utterly reliable and never loses patience . I had the nightmare scenario of having to transfer everything to a new laptop (I'm 77yrs old - fairly computer literate until it comes to the technical stuff!) Continuity was important because of my church work, and Microsoft just don't speak my language. To cut a long story short - that is what TEKGIA did(cut a long story short!) and all is now well. Thank you!

Hubby had problems wuth Office 2019 purchased from them - all was sorted by emails (17 in all!!) with prompt friendly response with easy to follow instructions. Great to have such customer service in this day and age. Many thanks Bob

Purchased Publisher from Tekgia 3 years ago under their charity scheme. Great value and excellent advice and support to install.
Having just changed my laptop, I contacted Bob again to ask for his advice, as Microsoft are absolutely appalling at providing useful information for such menial tasks. Between us, we spent a day on email advice, suggestions, solutions, even down to Restoring my PC before we discovered that Microsoft (Windows 10 and Office 2019) and HP laptop "modifications" to Windows prevents the use of Publisher 2016, or even Publisher 2013. Bob finally managed to get Publisher 2010 onto my setup, the only possible solution to my hardware/software setup. Without him, I would have been lost. A star (in terms of Support) to a non-technical user who simply wants to install and use standard software. What a business, allowing him to spend so much time to help me through a minefield. Well done Bob.

Just finished the purchasing process of Office Standard 2019 from Tekgia but had issues with Microsoft in trying to activate the software. Many e-mails later between me and Bob finally sorted out the problems. I have to say, Bob's expertise and patience in helping me over come the difficulties I was having has been a real godsend.
Customer service is second to none and I unreservedly recommend them.
