Purchased Office 2019 from Tekgia installed fine but had problems activating the software. Bob at Tekgia was brilliant, working through the problem with me until he had fixed it. His patience was admirable. I would use this company again without hesitation, Customer Service second to none. Thanks again.

I purchased Microsoft Office Standard 2016 from Tekgia, and had problems obtaining the product key from Microsoft and then to get the programs to work. I emailed Bob, who could not have been more helpful. Over the next ten days we exchanged over a dozen emails and eventually solved the problems. Bob's patience with my lack of expertise was impressive, and I would not hesitate to do business with this company again.

TEKGIA.COM and Bob. I want to recommend them as a reliable, helpful, reasonable, legal, everything you want in a supplier. Customer service is exemplary. I purchased outlook for a charity over 2yrs ago, and had help setting it up (cause I'm not techie). Recently had email trouble and had to reinstall, emailed TEKGIA, Bob answered straight away, it was like talking to a friend. Very helpful and he checked back later too. Please dont have any doubts about using this business, you will never look back.

I purchased a new machine after my other computer 'died' but after three months I received a red' error message on Microsoft Office Pro plus notifying me that the software which I purchased from Tekgia a few years ago was not activated, yet I had already activated it. I searched many online providers of Microsoft Office 2016 in order to buy a copy for our Church organisation. To buy the software was extremely expensive and far too much to come out of church funds, and the possibility of paying a monthly fee to MS to use the package was a non starter. Fortunately whilst looking online I came across Tekgia.com who offered MS Office 16 at a greatly reduced price for our type of organisation. I was a bit dubious at first fearing that the product might be a bogus copy; however, I was extremely delighted to find out that the product was authentic and went on to buy it. I spoke with Bob who was extremely helpful from beginning to end. Unlike many companies these days, he added the personal touch and saw the installation through from beginning to end. When we were both happy with the installation he left with a endnote on his email that I could contact him at any time if there were any issues. He has already been true to his word when I had to contact him a couple of months after purchase to clarify an issue that he easily resolved. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to all buyers who qualify for the reduced price. Well done Bob & thank you once again.

I work for an exam board and had to get Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 to run some exam board work. Tekgia sent information very quickly and I asked for a disc with Office on. This was very quickly sent as well. I installed it on two computers. I was working fine. However, I didn't realise that, after a month I had to 'activate' via Microsoft with a 'produce key'. I didn't have a clue what I was doing with the Microsoft website but Bob Wilkins wrote me a very detailed email with 'step by step' instructions. A total 'non geek' I managed to sort it all out which I couldn't have done without his help. I thought I'd have to wait until my son came to stay. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service.

Very bad experience with this company. Purchased this, it looked like a ripoff copy. They found they couldn't register me for the education version ( I am a retired teacher). I asked for a refund as it was unusable but cost £80, never heard from them again ! £80 down the drain. Don't use them if there's a problem they just disappear. After my review here I have received
a refund. Thank you.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. The help I received from Bob Wilkins was amazing. He explained things in language I could understand and gave me so much help and support with the problems I had downloading/activating Access, nothing was too much trouble for him. It is so refreshing to find a company that really cares about it's customers.

Bob Wilkins is so helpful if things go wrong - as they tend to with anything connected with Microsoft. I bought an Office suite from Tekgia and this was quickly sent, burned onto a disc as downloads can be slow out here in the sticks. It installed well but then I kept getting pop ups from Microsoft and when I tried product codes it would not accept them. Bob persevered and finally sent me codes direct from Microsoft. This time it worked straight away and it was installed properly. You get great support from Bob who is really patient and helpful with non geeks.

After ordering Microsoft Office from Tekgia for church use I wasn't sure if I had blown a load of money on a con job, but it was fine in the end!

If you order for a charity, Tekgia they will take your money straight away, and then send you a download link to a 28 day free trial of the product that you have ordered. This free trial is direct from Microsoft and anyone at all can download it whether or not they have paid any money to anyone or if they qualify for the type of licence. You can even do this before you place the order if you want.

In the background Tekgia pass your details to Microsoft who will verify that you qualify as a charity. When they are happy Microsoft send you an email telling you to log into their site and get your activation keys that change the free trial to a full version. The fact that you get your keys direct from Microsoft themselves proves that they are legitimate and not just fake ones that have been generated illegally.

In my case it took nearly 3 weeks to get my keys. I don't know if this was longer than usual because as a church we don't have a registered charity number. In any case the delay is at Microsoft not Tekgia so you can't blame them for that. Bob at Tekgia was quite helpful on the phone to me as this is the first time I have ordered anything in this way.
