When I bought Office 2013 last year, Bob was extremely helpful in advising me how to register, set-up, create account etc. etc. He wrote countless detailed and clear emails to get this dumb bunny up and running! Now I just turned to him once more having got a new PC, and he was extremely helpful when I was having problems installing Office again. Thank you, Bob.
This review was originally written in August 2015, and now I want to add to it by telling (again!) how helpful Bob continues to be two years later when I had more questions for him. He always gives full and simply understood replies that even I can understand. Thank you Bob. Floreat semper!!!

Can only say that I have received excellent customer service from this company both when purchasing MS PUBLISHER, and when contacted again about an issue with the software. The product was a very good price also. A+

I found Tekgia by searching for a supplier of Outlook 2013. The buying process was straightforward and the installation was uneventful. However I found that some of the optional settings were unavailable to me because my Office programs were the 2010 version and incompatible.
Bob stood by my for over a week whilst we tried one thing after another and he eventually found a solution that worked.
This was the best customer service i have ever experienced, and I would recommend Tekgia without any reservation.

I purchased software from Tekgia in November and I am not very good with computers!! Bob guided me through the purchase, installation and activation with patience and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
Recently I had a problem with my database and contacted Bob. It turned out that the problem was with my updates on my laptop and not my software, but Bod was amazing. He talked me though what I needed to do and sorted everything out for me via several emails. He is so helpful and patient. Brilliant experience dealing with Bob.

I am scared by computer technology but Bob Wilkins personally talked me through everything to install the new software, patiently and clearly answered all my 'daft' questions and was an absolute joy to deal with. Thank you sooo much.

Bob Wilkins couldn't have been more helpful as I has had problems (with someone else) and he sorted me out so well and on the same day I had downloaded the program and got it going. Very pleased.

We purchased software from Tekgia about a year ago, the technicians were incredibly patient and knowledgeable when explaining the different options we had and how each would effect our work!
One year later and our computer had to be replaced, we contacted the team at Tekgia and they were wonderful, quick to reply, sent us the information we needed plus the step by step instructions we really appreciated! Even asked us to confirm with them if everything went well,
The title says it all, their customer service really does make them stand out from the rest.

With all the emails we now use, I needed to upgrade my aging email package.
Tekgia provided me with outlook 2013 at the Scouting rate.

Yes there is a download link, which requires the software to be downloaded, then it runs straight away as you have 4 weeks to enter the Licence.
What happens next is what people are calling a scam - which it isn't.
You need to create a Microsoft account and the software licence is added to your account, which takes about 2 weeks, (its Microsoft that takes the time not Tekgia)

By having my Microsoft account, I can download Outlook again if I but a new PC and also see my Licence key which I can use for 2PCs. This makes thins very easy and `In House`
I'm very pleased, if I wasn't - this would not be a 5 star review.
Tekgia, replied to all my email questions very quickly and efficiently.

Support during challenges of installing and correcting issues with MS Office 2013 was outstanding. I would recommend Tekgia 100% to anyone I know.

Bought an MS Office Pro licence and after 2 years went back with a query about usage on a laptop. Not only did they reply immediately - but they advised that our licence covered this when they could have easily tried to sell another copy. My experience was one of honesty, helpfulness and an rapid reply. Would recommend very happily - thank you Tekgia, and especially Bob!

I bought Publisher 2010 in the last few weeks, had difficulty with the download (my incompetence) and found Bob Wilkins of Tekgia really helpful and very prompt in replying to my email. His assistance throughout has been great, no problems at all with the product, the timing of its arrival and obtaining the product keys to activate it. I was a bit scared when I read the reviews but wouldn't hesitate in buying again from this company. Brilliant.

I am a webmaster for a PROBUS club in Sheffield and we wished to buy Access 2010 at a reduced rate as we are a non profit making club. I placed my order and then afterwards viewed the ratings here, which filled me with horror. However I received exactly what I ordered the following day, which I have now installed and it is working properly. I have no complaints at all and I would use Tekgia again if I need to.

I purchased Microsoft Outlook 2013 from Tekgia. Payment was debited off my account straight away and an e-mail was sent to me to inform me that Microsoft would e-mail me a download link within 3 working days. 2 weeks later nothing still.
Checked with Microsoft who never send out download link to customers who purchase software through re-seller. I have lodged a complaint with Microsoft and hope they will do something about this.
Impossible to get through to Tekgia on the phone.
I am pretty sure I will never see my money again but if I don't I will start criminal proceedings and will alert the media. At the best they are incompetent but at the worst they are operating quite a sophisticated scam....

Tekgia are one of the few companies that spell out what is involved in purchasing Digital Language Laboratory software.

Many companies want you to contact them for a quotation. I like to know first what the costs are upfront. I don't like to get involved in dialogue with some sales person.

There aren’t many companies that offer such software outside the usual classroom management software, so it is good to see some competition in this area, especially with bursar budgets being severely cut.

It was the same experience to me.. I ordered a projector lamp after confirmation that they would deliver it to a shipping address in Saudi Arabia. I transferred the money 162 pounds, plus 20 pounds on bank fees. I sent them a 100 emails, called them 30 times, and the phone calls were very costly. They make promises and they never really do anything useful. My communications were with a guy called *****. His apologies were usual "We are sourcing the lamp from abroad". Eventually I talked to *****, and I sent her my bank details to refund the money. It's been a year now and I got nothing.

Projector lamp total cost £214 ordered June 16. Card debited same day; no goods arrived. Several chasing phone calls. Broken promises e.g. "with you tomorrow". Finally admitted they had no stock. Aug 7 I cancelled order and asked for refund to my card. Nothing received. Today 21 August number unobtainable & website vanished. Presumed gone out of business.

I placed an order with tekgia and payment was taken next wroking day. I was supposed to get a lamp within 4 days however six weeks and multiple phone calls later I have nothing and the phone goes unanswered and the website has vanished. I paid by credit card and am now applying for the payment to be credited back to my account.

I wish I had read these posts 3 weeks ago, we paid Tekgia £2300 for some sofware for our charity and now there is no website, nobody answers the phone and from what I have read here he has gone bankrupt.

I shall seek advise on recovering this money.

The Sole trader of Tekgia is Bob Wilkins. My partner has worked for this individual for nearly two years. Two years of hell, two years of bounced cheques, unpaid commission, no sick pay and two Christmas wages which bounced.

So for two years my partner has worked herself to sickness, in an atmosphere of depression and deciept only for the hope that the next wage, if it doesn't bounce that is has the backdated commission in it.

Well like a carrot to a donkey she waited - waited because tonight at 8.45pm in the ever consistant manner of Bob Wilkins, he gave her a text saying that Tekgia had been made bankrupt and she was out of a job. A job that owes her in the region of a thousand pounds.

I rejoice in the fact this individual - this company cannot cause the pain and suffering which I have seen to my lady or any other innocent customer.
