I would like to close my subscription
I would like to close my subscription, I am on the mobile phone since one hour and they are just passing my call from one collegue to another.
I would like to get the e-mail address to write to in order to cancel my subscription, it shuld not be that much complicated, but apparently for tele2 is.
Provide an e mail address to require the unsubscription, since in your home page we have only the contact number, which is actually useless.

Not practically solving any problem. I could feel how much the responding person, Charlie, hated his job by getting not at all service minded reply. I felt extremely uncomfortable throughout the entire process.

This is a correction of my first review;
Even though I wasn't satisfied with Tele2's customer service in the first place I was afterward contacted by Tele2 and had a detailed talk about the incident that was the reason for my bad review. The person I talked to was very kind and professionel and I have now changed my mind about Tele2. Receiving a call like this makes me as a customer feel prioritized.
Thank you Tele2 and Fredrik for being positive solution oriented even though it was a "tricky" situation for both part.

Tele 2 are scamming people .because they call that now tele 2 as bought mitt 3 so since I'm use mitt 3 they will send me tele 2 teléfono card so I excepted so means was lie tele 2 didn't bought mitt 3 so now they send me bill every month to pay and im mot using the tele 2 still have my mitt 3 why you people are scamming poor people
Tele-Fail
Stuck with Tele2 for broadband because they're the only provider in my area - what a joke! My internet constantly cuts out during the freaking workday, making working from home an absolute nightmare.
Don't waste your time with Tele2's unreliable garbage. I'm cancelling and switching to a mobile broadband provider. Hopefully, anything is better than this abysmal service.
