Very good customer support team
Very good customer support team. I have dealt with Telia before and can see the difference between them and Tele2. The waiting times are much shorter and the team is helpful and reasonable. The signal in my area was weak, so they cancelled the rest of my contract without any problems.
Great service NOT
Great service! They call 4 times a day to sell stuff but when you need something you wait hours on the line and of course easy to order super hard to cancel stuff
Appalling Business Partner
An appalling business partner: exagerates bills, takes money they're not entitled to, sends advertisements after disastrous experience with them (tele2.lv). Do not sign with them and do not pay them your money (unless they pay me my money back).
They treat loyal customers very well
Been customer since 2017, first with comhem and later with Tele2. I have always had the chance to negotiate with Tele2 in terms of broadband and it has so far paid out to be a loyal customer.
Customer service is also super friendly.
False advertising
False advertising: No Viaplay, No SkyShowtime, no streaming package when you buy unlimited mobile subscription. Tele2 gave excuse claiming it is because the apartment contract includes TV Bas HD. Then Tele2 requires customers to upgrade to TV Standard -- i.e. (that is) you have to pay twice for the same streaming service. It is absurd. With Comhem TV box, it was possible to record. Now Tele 2 degraded the ComHem Tivo box and then asks customers to pay extract to record on a separate Rec box. This company is flushing itself down the toilet..
I am paying for a 500mbps/500mbps speed…
I am paying for a 500mbps/500mbps speed and I am getting a 5 mbps frequently. I cannot do almost anything at home with such speed. Cannot work, cannot use my PlayStation subscription for playing online nor my Xbox subscription, I cannot watch Netflix or use any streaming service (quality is awful and super slow).
I’ve restarted my router, same result.
Then I have to wait until the day after (since there is no support after 19:00.
I am customer with Tele2 for many years now and this is not the first time that I have such problems. When I call theminam told to restart my router etc.. I should probably end my contract. I am just tired.
Poor service
Poor service. Broadband issue is not solved almost 3 weeks and still counting. How on the earth a telecom company can be so slow in response? tele2 is going back in ages. Eveytime (some time call went up to 50 minutes of waiting time) support team say they have sent reminders. I will never again opt for tele2 service unless they are customer service-oriented.

Not satisfied at all with their service. Easy to sign up but when you want to cancel their subscription they will come up with different unknown charges. I feel like I have been scammed. Never signed for a subscription with BankID. They not only did that but also did credit check. Worthless customer care service.

Is a bad business model to lie to your customers I am very disappointed with this service, and I truly hope you can better your business our don't agreed to something if is not correct, I was told that this internet plan was going to work all over sweden and now that I move I was told that my plan doesn't reach my new apartment I qualified this experience very unsupported by customers service.

Do not trust their customer service; whatever they say, ask for confirmation, record the conversation. They are lying and trick you, they tell you one price, later on the invoice its at least the double. When following up, they cannot change it, because ”the system” is built this way… so either way, you have no choice. SCAM
Tele2 Broadband Service failure
I recently requested a new router from Tele2 broadband services, hoping for a seamless transition. Unfortunately, my experience turned into a communication nightmare. They disconnected my internet on the old router, leaving my household, with kids needing online access, stranded without any warning. As I anxiously awaited the arrival of the promised replacement router, the situation worsened. Frustrated by the extended downtime, I had no choice but to subscribe to another broadband service from Tele2 to ensure internet access for my family. Now, ironically, I find myself with two broadband services – one without internet, as the new router is yet to arrive, and the other incurring additional costs.Tele2's failure to communicate effectively during this process has not only inconvenienced my family but also resulted in unnecessary expenses. It's imperative for Tele2 to address these communication lapses and provide a more transparent and reliable service to avoid leaving customers in the lurch.
In summary, Tele2 need2 to improve communication and service reliability. Customers should not be forced into purchasing additional services due to unanticipated disruptions caused by the service provider.
Was promised that my old number would…
Was promised that my old number would transfer, it hasnt yet. It's quite a bit problem as it's connected to everything. Supposedly they're having internal issues with transferring numbers. Tele2 is as terrible as the rest of the telecom providers. Someone should create a list of the least terrible telecom provider as making a "best" list would just be laughable
Absolute trash to deal with
Absolute trash to deal with. Failed to transfer my number 3 separate times and charged me for the subscription that wasn't even in use due to the repeated failed transfer.
I had to get my former employer involved to tell Tele2 they still havent done their job correctly and my number was not transferred because apparently they are incapable of seeing this.
On top of all this they failed to mail me my bill to the correct address for 2 months in a row or notify me that one was unpaid after an address change leading to a collection.
All of this could have been avoided if they simply knew how to do their jobs correctly and stopped assuming everything is fine.
I will be finding another provider as soon as possible.
Horrible service
Horrible service. Received a new iphone 14 pro. Barely used it for 5 hours after installing and there id a crack in my phone. Clearly a faulty phone. Took care of it immediately, then tele2 uppsala sends my phone to the wrong repair department. Needed to pay 350 sek to get my phone back even WORSE!!! more scratches on my phone.
Now im waiting for 2 weeks to get a box to send my phone back in. It got ordered twice, still haven’t received it. Only for customer service to tell me i can also go to the store if i want.
Tele2 im sick and tired of waiting and i don’t feel helped at all! Im waiting now to file an official complaint
Unlimited data plan does not work
My mobile plan claims to have unlimited data but I am still notified to buy extra data packs otherwise my mobile data does not work at all. Taken up with customer service and unable to find the issue.

The Worst home broadband company that I've experienced in Sweden. They don't provide me with 1/10 of what they promised.

Really regret on my mistake of ordering internet from this scammers and now being binded to them for one year!

The absolute worst
The absolute worst. I had a pay as you go sim with Tele2 that was a little on the expensive side, but still didn't provide data outside Estonia. When I asked for a deal that would allow me to do so, I got told I'd need to pay 15 euros a month to access data roaming services abroad. I used 800mb outside Estonia and the fee was 56 euros! It's also impossible to pay unless you have an Estonian bank card, so I'm expected to let it go into arrears before I return to the country (where I can do it in person - and explain why I shall NOT be paying). Avoid like the plague lest ye be deceived, pillaged and exploited.
