I had a fault with my TV & required a diagnostic report for Argos to prove it was a manufacturing fault, so I contacted Telecare via email with photo’s of what I was experiencing. The email was picked up & replied to within half an hour. WOW! How is that for efficiency! Unfortunately for me, after a follow-up telephone conversation, I was told it was a faulty screen & advised to either scrap the TV or advertise it for sale for parts, as it would be extremely difficult to prove it was a manufacturing fault. I would, however, highly recommend this company, as I was SO impressed with their efficiency & would have no hesitation in using them in the future if I needed to. A+++++

Tv had a fault which
we thought would entail scrapping it. Phoned telecare on the off chance. It was collected, repaired and delivered back and is performing like new.

My Sony LED TV completely stopped working. I called Roy who came out the same day and took the TV away. He gave me a call the next working day with a diagnosis of the problem and it was fixed within three days as he needed to get the faulty part. He returned the TV and set it up again. His charge was very reasonable and he was a pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend his company.
