we are sorry you have had a poor experience while using teleta.co.uk.
I can see you placed your order on Saturday 23rd and that we did not receive a Prescription from your Prescriber till Friday 29th. You will understand we cannot release Prescription products until we receive a signed Prescription. When we received your Prescription, we processed the next working day.
We have no influence over how quickly your Prescriber issues the Prescription to us other than the email reminders we send out reminding them that your order requires a signed Prescription. For your records, we sent your Prescriber 5 emails.
Apologies we have not met your expectations in service which is never our intention and something we pride ourselves in.

Next day delivery order never arrived!
I placed an order for next day delivery item on Tuesday 28th June, I got an email saying it’s in transit to be delivered on 29th June, didn’t receive it! On 30th June I called them , they advised it was held at depot and that I’ll definitely receive it by Friday 1st of July. Today is the 3rd of July and I haven’t received my order. And I’ve had to reschedule my client 3 times!
