I came across Teleta by chance during lockdown when they were facilitating some education on Neofound via a webinar.

Despite me being a small clinic (in comparison), they have always been incredibly helpful and I would say go the extra mile to ensure you feel valued. Their communication is great, being responsive to enquiries or where you may not be sure of process or wanting to make amendments to your account.

I always had used the bigger ‘go to’ pharmacies however despite the money that has been spent I’ve never really had an exchange of sorts that make a customer feel valued and it’s this difference that makes Teleta now have an advantage as a chosen provider for my clinic.

Amazing service from Michael Lewis (the Teleta rep). Always polite and friendly. I was contacted about trying a new pharmacy for my company supplies and we met where he discussed all of the prices, my different options and his recommendations. He helped me to set up an account there and then and was able to see if my prescriber was already registered for peace of mind for me. The new filler he recommended is AMAZING and I don't think I would ever go back to the one I previously used now. He is great with communication and always there if I have a problem. Recently we had an issue with delivery (DHL issue, not his), he personally drove down to collect the parcel for me and bought it into clinic with plenty of time before the client came in - absolutely goes above and beyond in his role. A massive help and takes a lot of stress off knowing I can ask someone for advice on products, etc knowing he knows real people who have tried and reviewed them.

Micheal from Teleta set up my account and guided me through the ordering process . Amazing quality and all CE certified products . Delivery process was timely. Micheal kept me updated with delivery and always happy to help and offer support in clinic or via phone .

Switched over after my usual
Pharmacy kept putting prices up and down like a rollercoaster f o x and I couldn’t be happier ! Changed the delivery address for me last minute . Definitely going to be using these guys from now on
