I have had great service from teleta. Michael has sorted my account out from opening and has had been spot on, couldn’t fault him. I had a delivery issue (due to the courier not teleta) and Michael went out of his to sort an alternative for me so I didn’t have to cancel a clinic. Totally recommend.

Delivery wasn't quite next working day as I ordered at 8pm Wednesday evening and it arrived Friday.
Cool packs were around the cool items which was great.
Good amount of packaging too, I hate it when there is too much packaging

I have just moved to Teleta having only used one other major pharmacy before. Michael Lewis created a price comparison table to show me what the financial benefits would be to my business. He then set up everything so that I could just log in and order my stock and prescription items. The process was simple and delivery arrived as promised. Office staff are also great if any queries arise. Definitely recommend!

Made an error with my order so I emailed them shortly after I completed the order and without issue changes my order their end to correct my needs. A first class company with an excellent and real deal customer service who went that extra length to make sure they addressed my order error and had it out for delivery as promised unlike some who charge for a next day and don’t send it blaming the courier so they don’t have to reimburse the customer a NDD charge!! I was more than pleased beyond satisfied and Would recommend in an instant! Second to none. Teleta it’s a pleasure to deal with you!
