Blatant scam, should be taken to court.
Utter waste of time, the application process itself is a joke. They will demand you study 20-50h worth of material to complete two-three assessments, along with 50-100 "surveys" which when successfully completed will be incorrectly marked as uncompleted, in order to con you into doing more "surveys" for them for no money. Upon acceptance into the program you will quickly find there are no surveys available, despite the abundance of surveys available before you are accepted, which again, they don't pay you for. To add to this, if you do complete any work, they still don't pay you. It has now been 3 months, and I have yet to receive a dime for any of my work over that period. There has been no response to any of my support requests, despite support being keen on responding before you are accepted. Utter scammers, please please please avoid, they are frauds who deserve to be taken to court.
Treated very well, and Paid well.
i have worked for them as an internet rater for over a year and a half and have been treated extremely well. you do have to learn a lot right off the bat and things on the web are constantly changing but for someone in their sixties i have learned more than i thought possible in the last 18+ months. work from home and good pay for not having to travel . No tricks. they even gave me special consideration when my spouse became very ill.
It was a shot in the dark by just applying to an ad i saw online; did my research and happy i applied
Absolute waste of time
Applied for the internet ads assessor role. Absolute waste of time, lengthy process to get the position only to get no tasks once the application process is finished. Plenty of back and forth with the support team regarding tasks to no avail. Almost difficult if not impossible method used to get paid for the few tasks I was ever given. They most likely just take your information and run.
Shameful qualification exam experience.
I clearly passed their qualification exams, and they confirmed that I passed. In their own words, “You passed the exam stage of the qualification. Unfortunately, upon further processing, your application was deemed unsuitable.”
That does not make any sense to me that they made me sit through an entire qualification exam and I passed, but still didn’t get the job due to some reasons they wouldn’t even share. Shameful.
Poor Communication
This seemed like a great opportunity to use my skills in a new way. However, after passing the extensive exam and submitting all of my paperwork, I've waited to hear back from them. Yesterday, I received an email telling my that because of my separation with the company, the offer of employment was rescinded. Well, that's a bit odd because I've never worked for them. I've asked for some explanation, but haven't heard anything. So, not sure about this company now.
Be careful with your PII here
Please be careful with this company and your PII. Do not email any personal identification.
I wasted a couple of weeks trying for the Internet Rater position and I feel this is a scam. I took part 3 three times with no feedback. I felt I was actually doing the job for free.
After getting past the exam they refused to provide a secure platform for me to upload the I-9 form.
I tried to remedy this with the Onboarding and Tech Support departments with no progress.
Inconsistent and unreliable company
New tasks assigned every time, not the tasks where quality was close to perfect. Service was terminated with a sudden email with a generic email, without much explanation. Lots of effort spent to hone our skill to align with what they were looking for but so many new tasks were assigned that demanded many hours of going through guidelines, examples, sample tests and then suddenly an email sent to terminate my service without explaining the reason.
Their quality review is the worst, their support portal turn around time is delayed. There is no personal interaction, everything is only via emails or tickets. There is no person to talk to.
Went to apply for a job but apparently…
Went to apply for a job but apparently they age discriminate. Their drop down menu for birth year didn't go back far enough; wouldn't accept putting it in manually. Pretty sure that's against the law.
RUBBISH
RUBBISH. If their lack of professionalism & their inability to organize interviews are an indication of their ability, I feel sorry for their clients & the quality of their output. Weirdo Japanese person couldn’t tell the time difference. Wow!
Don’t bother with this mob. Dreadful & very unprofessional outfit.
(Worst human experience ever) They are heartless there. No empathy at all.
I was hired for an onsite moderator role in Tampere Finland that should last around 2 months.
Never ever a Finnish company can behave that way.
Put all my priorities aside to perform the task well.
I drove almost 70 km/day from my house to the areas of the test.
On the 3rd working day while I was driving back home after a busy and complete working day. I was sacked on a phone call with no warning nor notice.
They said I accepted to be fired ( i don't really know how ?). Nothing was signed ever.
I tried to contact their HR or Executive online (no answer).
At least I got paid on time even though couples of paid hours were reduced.
Please for your mental health be far from this type of inhuman company. It seems as though they enjoy making people suffer.
Bunch of narcissists there...
Maybe remote tasks are better since you don't give much of yourself.
I have been working with the company…
I have been working with the company for more than a year and receiving my payments regularly each month for the work done. You can check the the task counts every day and they are accurate. Some issues I am having are 1) the availability of work when you have spare time and you want to do it. 2) The other issue is the fact that the estimated time that you are given to complete the job is not justified and is usually much more than the estimated time. For example, to complete a 5 minutes task sometimes you have to spend 10 minutes but you get paid for only 5 minutes. 3)Furthermore, each task has its own guidelines and you have to spent time to read and understand it but they do not pay you money for that. Some guidelines have even 60 pages to study.
Please don't waste your time
I tried to apply to the "Personalized Internet Ads Assessor", but the platform does not work properly after wasting hours reading "training material" When I was taking the test, it suddenly stopped, and I got a mail saying I did not achieve the qualification. Weeks later, I got a mail "giving" me a second chance, but it is not fair to waste my time twice. I also tried to delete my account, but no one responded to my solitude.
I've seen a lot of people getting fired…
I've seen a lot of people getting fired after spending hours upon completing tedious training and tests. Fortunately, I only wasted 20 min of my time trying to record audios for which I apparently failed those due to reasons that seemed way too harsh.
I then had to remind them after a month waiting about my evaluation or else they would have forgot about it. Unprofessional and waste of time. Stay away people.
This company is a JOKE
This company is a JOKE.
They're training is confusing for starters, none of what they teach you makes any sense. Very contradicting on how your answers to tasks should be rated. You could have two of the exact same tasks and you could rate them both the same, but they'll say one is wrong. They want you to rate things their way and even when you do it isn't enough. Don't work for them, it isn't even worth it. only 25hrs a week available and it's impossible to even get that. You'll get 8-10 a week max.
Waste of time
I applied for a position online twice and was on both occasions emailed a link to an exam platform that couldn't be accessed despite me following all the instructions. There was no reply from their support system.
The recruitment process seems very random and unprofessional. I can only encourage others to not waste their time with this company.
No transparency - Possible outsourcing of menial work
Applied for a specific role through LinkedIn regarding analysing maps and digital map data.
Given link to an 'exam' which is simply deciding whether search engine results are satisfactory.
The lack of transparency makes me feel that this is simply a way to outsource some AI data validation. Couldn't get speak with anyone about the role I had applied for or more information on the exam.
Gaslight and No Respond
I received email from Telus International that at certain date, I would receive email with a link the Exam Support Portal to start the Exam. However, until that date, I didn't receive any emails form Telus International.
I sent email to question on this issue but untill now there is no response.
It seems like Telus International is just willing to collect personal information to gain itself without giving benefit.
Extremely negative experience
Extremely negative experience. Applied for Internet Rater position. Tried to complete the test which has 3 Parts (multiple choice and number of pages and search results to rate according to their guidelines - a 200+ page pdf doc). Many parts of the exam didn't load and I couldn't download their IOS app which was required for Part 3. I contacted support multiple times via email that I had technical issues, which took up a lot of the allocated time. After spending days on this and successfully passing 2 parts, they failed me saying my time had run out. After explaining that it wasn't my fault, they said they would send my comments for 'review'. After a few days, they replied saying they cannot continue with my application and if I like I can apply again from the start. What a waste of time!
Awful and a total time waste.
Awful company altogether, all AI-based you can't talk to anyone and for the Ads Rater position, you are meant to do a test that, even if it is an open book, you are meant to read 200-page-long documents, and they tell you to take your time..they give you seven days where you have to do 3 parts of an exam. They failed me at the 3rd one after spending 7 precious days of my time that I could have otherwise done something way more substantial. It is a clever model, for them of course, 'train people for free' don't bother paying them and if they don't pass like me, well my loss, not theirs. A total waste of time.
They are totally scam every time I…
They are totally scam every time I apply for a job they call me for test and after passing in the exam they also ask me for ID verification after that they say no position are empty right now 100% scam it
