Your store sells great products
Your store sells great products, your employees are very knowledgeable, but your computer system is extremely slow when it comes to invoicing.
One has to know that you will be in a lineup an extended amount of time in the store just so what I am purchasing is typed in your system. I have have walked in and walked out and gone to your competitors knowing the wait will be too long.

I think the service with Tenaquip is really good. Everytime you ask for something you would have it. If not your company would show us other options so fare any orders I have place it came in quick. Only 1 product we had trouble with and it was solved in the end
