Disappointed with returns

Disappointed with returns, not only did I have to pay the shipping myself, I also had to pay a restocking fee.
Any company I currently deal with has long rid of these antiquated policies.

Thanks for your follow up to this issue and rectifying my concerns.

Customer Service Experience after Cancelled Order

Don't be fooled by their replies offering to help in the reviews. They’re only commenting to make it seem like they’re responsive to concerns but they won’t actually do anything

I took them up on their offer after my order for 3M masks was cancelled even though the item is still in stock but they said I would now have to buy more masks in bulk for a higher price per mask.

During the call, they again refused to honour my original purchase. Instead, they tried to advertise their own in-house brand of mask to me which I’ve never heard of. Felt like more of an opportunity to market their own brand to me than to address customer concerns

When I asked if another 3M mask in stock could be price matched to my original order (effectively asking for a $6 discount off the current selling price) they refused and haven’t heard from them since. If you’re wondering how much customer service is valued at Tenaquip the answer is less than $6. Complete waste of time

the worst tool place i order

the worst tool place i order ,
never again
i order a lots online im a contractor.
wow after 2 month of waiting for a lots of tape measure i finally buy somewhere else .
crazy crazy waiting . if you don't got the tool stock i understand but just mentioned it .
plus they took 3 time the money on my credit card .

i bought the dewalt mower 2x 20 volt 5…

i bought the dewalt mower 2x 20 volt 5 amp , it said 45 minutes cutting time , i only get 10 minutes. the biggest waist of 800$ ever. i will never buy another dewalt product again.

terrible

terrible. placed an order April 13, estimated ship date of April 24. After a month hearing nothing, I reached out and got an updated ship date of may7. After THAT ship date came and went, I had to contact them again and they said ship date would be August, then the same day an email saying the ship date was "indefinite." I have asked twice for them to refund my order and I have got silence in response. There are so many better options to find tools and equipment.
