Excellent service and assistance. Used Tenminutewill for original wills many years ago. Have had to update recently. Both times have been very clear and simple. This time I needed guidance for changes and highly impressed by the facility to ask and speed and quality of responses. I've used the company before and it's well designed to capture the information necessary.
My only bugbear is that you are unable to make amendments to the existing will and have to write the whole thing out again, even for minor changes.

Wrote out my will with Ten Minute Will…
Wrote out my will with Ten Minute Will some years ago. Over the years I have recovered it and made alterations without any fuss. Now, Ten Minute Will have sold off part or all??? To OctopusLegacy. Whilst attempting to retrieve my own will they, OctopusLegacy, require an excessive amount of ID. I am in the process of trying to ascertain as to why they need so much ID to post to me, my own documents to the address they have on file whilst I have quoted a unique customer number. OctopussLegacy also want to know why I require my will? It's none of their business and again I was never asked this before. Furthermore, some years ago I paid £100 for lifetime storage. This now appears to have been sold/transferred to OctopusLegacy but Ten Minute Will are still advertising the same deal??? I am at a loss as to why my account has been sold off? However, it is plain I need to visit a High Street solicitor. I thought I was saving money and getting a good service. Now I don't think I am.

My issues with OL are the same. They require an excessive amount of ID to retrieve my documents. I did not have to provide such an excessive amount before? You, TML, passed on my documents to them. I can't see why this was done when you still offer a storage service?

Simple, logical and thorough
The process is simple with a very logical and well laid out process which allows you to organise your thoughts easily and decide how you want to you want to distribute your estate to those you leave behind.

For me its just a con
For me its just a con. I did my will with them a few years back & was given the impression that i could change it at any time, Yeh for an extra £70+. When i did my 1st will leaving all to my brother & nephew all was fine & i got my will. The will has now been changed to leave all to a single niece & now there is 6 mistakes & of course their professional will writer wants more fees to correct it. It just got more & costly & will go else ware for another one . RIPP OFF

We’d like to point out that, as a returning Customer, you received a 20% discount and your revised Will in PDF form actually cost under £40.
On top of that, however, you decided to also order a printed & bound version of your Will. It was the selection of that option that increased the price you paid.
As you correctly state, our professional Willwriter did find some errors in your new Will. However, you’ve perhaps mis-read the email that we sent you, so please allow us to explain:
The errors have already been corrected by us at no further charge. To repeat: we are not asking for any more money, and you’ve already been sent your corrected Will in PDF form. The hard copy will arrive in the post soon via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Additionally, you now have a full 60 days to make further changes to your Will and again those will be at no further charge.

All changes are free within 60 days of purchase.
You purchased a pair of Mirror Wills from us 16 years ago.
As a returning Customer beyond the ’60 day free’ period, you still benefited from being able to simply login and edit your existing details, rather than having to re-enter everything, and you received a 20% discount on the normal price of £62.45 plus VAT.
That discounted price is the same irrespective of how many (or what type of) changes, corrections or updates you make.
We feel that it is fairer to offer a flat price rather than apply some sort of complicated algorithm.
We're sorry to hear that paying just under £60 for 2 new Wills (i.e. £30 each) hasn't suited you, and would remind you that you now benefit from an additional 60-day period where you can make an unlimited number of changes, and generate an unlimited number of new Wills, at no further charge.
You can also scan and email the signed & witnessed new Wills to us, and we will confirm that they have been correctly executed - please see the email that you received with your Wills for more details. Again, this service is included in the price that you have paid - i.e. is at no extra charge.
