Everything arrived on time and tidy. I planted 25 trees the very day I got them. We will see from here how many of them survive.

Our plants always arrive packaged with special care. Last year we ordered 50 Wax Leaf Privits before Thanksgiving. We are now anxiously waiting for them to flourish. We ordered 25 more last month. We are very happy with them.

I have not neceived any product or notification as to potential delivery date. But you (like most companies) want to be evaluated for having an electronic service in which I placed an order (unserviced in any way until now).

I just made my first purchase at your nursery, and I could not be happier! The seedlings that we received were all in great shape and exceeded our expectations. Called customer service to ask if my tree order could be held back and sent out on a specific date so I would have the time needed to plant the tress. Customer service said that was no issues with that. I placed an order for qty 27 3-4 ft cedar trees Dec 29th with a shipping date promised of Jan 5th. On Jan 7 I emailed to ask for my shipping information and said they would provided it. Never received it. I was told it would ship out that day and a rush was out in. Delivery was suppose to be that Friday. Trees never showed up. It took over another week of me emailing them to get a shipping date. I received the order and the bundle if trees were in a box that was 32" long. None of the trees were even close to 3' tall they ranged in size of 12" to 30" tall. They were severely undersized for what was advertised as a 3-4' tree. Also, during this whole process prior to placing my order i received and email with a coupon code to receive 5 or 10 percent off my order. I went to place the order and no where on their website allows you to use a coupon code. I emailed customer service and they stated that my coupon code wasn't valid on their website and that I should have bought the trees from another website that wasn't even the same website. Needless to say, I will never buy from them again.

Very efficient and timely service

First, I have been a Christmas tree farmer for 44 years. I have worked 32 years in timber management for the U.S. Forest Service, Cherokee N. F. I ordered 250 12" to 18" Virginia pine. I received 30" to 44" trees with absolutely no roots other than some one inch stubs. I asked for a refund and was ignored, as management said they would do well. I threw most away before I went to the farm. I knew none would live, so I planted a few and threw the rest away in the field. Ninety percent of the few I planted are already brown. Bottom line: they have $400 of my money and I have NOTHING. I would say look elsewhere for your plants.
