Tennis Express (TennisExpress.com) said they were having software issues and could not ship or complete orders. I ordered on July 2nd, 2025 and eight days later they still haven't shipped. They couldn't even send an email saying they were having issues. Folks this is not a legit company.

Ordered A reel of hyperg. ended up getting wilson revolution. Called back and said I wanted Hyper G.. Ended up getting Hyper G Round. I mean its not that hard

I wanted to buy a racquet from Tennis Express and could never find out how to actually pay for it and have it shipped.I've ordered from them before with success, but this is ludicrous!

After years of ordering from TE, I had an issue with a NIKE tennis T when I washed it after wearing one time. "Customer Support" told me no returns after being worn or washed. I think this is terrible. He suggested that I take a picture and dispute it with NIKE? I believe that Tennis Express should be the one to stand by the product and/or dispute if necessary. What is customer support anyway?

I placed an order 7 days ago. It was suppoese to ship out the next day. Their site doesn't provide an update on shipping. Their agents do not respond on their chat. I cannot find out the status and their site doesn't provide me a way to cancel my order even though I am pretty sute it has not shipped. They charged my credit card the day I ordered. Most sites do not charge until the item ships.

Their advertisement for the 26” Junior solinco blackout racket did not list the grip size, so I used their chat feature and the guy told me it was a size 0 (I have a screen to prove it). I ordered the racket and it arrived with a size 1 grip which is too big for my daughter. I called customer service and they told me this racket only comes is a size 1. If the chat guy would have told me this, I never would have ordered the racket. They charged me $13 to return their mistake. First time and last time using them. Terrible customer service.

Easy to order. Quick delivery. Comfortable and great to play in. In my mind, I'm moving around the court like CoCo!

I found what II was looking for on the website and at a good price. The package came via FedEx which is always a problem in our area for some reason. They are always delayed and often are delayed several times on a single delivery. I usually won't order from companies that use FedEx for shipping and probably won't order from Tennisexpress again because of it.

Great working with Tennis Express. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. Prices were very competitive and reasonable.

I have returned the shoes as the fit and style were wrong for me.

Great price and availability of a wonderful shirt ....I will use it for cooler days when golfing.

I ordered 12 pairs of Technifibre nrg 16 string in the natural color. I received 6 and 4 in black. Really poor service. I will look for another company that is a bit more on the ball

Had a store credit to use and found a pair of Head Sprint Pro tennis shoes for a good price. Phoned it in for help to apply the credit and the individual was very helpful. The shoes arrived in a few days exactly as expected. Really like the shoes. Had previously bought Head Revolt Pro and liked them also, and these were also treat and of course the fit was exactly the same. Happy with the service and product.

Really good experience with tennisexpress and my product. I bought babolat tennis shoes and fit perfectly.

The experience was mostly good but I have reservations about the web site. I tried to buy some socks in addition to the shoes but I couldn't discern what S, M and L meant. There was a supposed to be a button to press but I couldn't find one so I used the BOT. This was a disaster as the BOT was useless and I couldn't close the BOT site down and this covered the purchase button for the socks. Therefore, I didn't buy the socks. Frustration for me and a sales loss for Tennisexpress. Please review your web site.

KSwiss Hypercourt Supreme. I play a lot of tennis and these are my favorite shoes. I like the purple color. The only disappointment was the tongue of the shoe is now attached. I did not realize prior to ordering. Given I have a high instep often I can’t wear this design. These seem to work and are comfortable. I love this shoe would just like better if tongue was not attached on the sides.

I had my eye on a racket that I liked, and saw that it was on sale. After a short debate with myself, I got online and ordered the racket with strings and picked it up a few days later on my way to play tennis.
The ordering was easy, the order was correct, and I love my new racket!

The shoe is exactly what I wanted. It has cushion and stability. I love the color and look of the shoe also. The shoe does seem to run just a little on the big side.

I live on a remote island in the South Pacific and to order things online usually takes awhile before arriving. I orderd 2 pairs of mens tennis shoes on October 26th and it arrived November 5th. Just 10 days and it's already here! The tennis shoes fits my grandson great and he loves them both! Thank you for the service!
