This is a great company and customer…

This is a great company and customer first mentality, they promptly issued me a new racquet when my original package got stolen from my porch after getting it delivered. Going to buy all my future tennis gear only from this site

Adidas Ubersonic

I have been in shoe hell since Adidas stopped their Defiant Bounce. I've tried ON, New Balance, Asics, Adidas Avacourt, and Nike. The Adidas Ubersonic are making my feet and knees happiest.

I obviously ordered the wrong size…

I obviously ordered the wrong size shoes…. My fault. I returned them the very same day… thanks for the return label. I personally think a good customer service rep would’ve sent the correct size out right away (yes, before you recd the shoes) I sent a copy of the receipt … you knew they were on the way.
That being said…please give me a full refund back to the credit card.

Shoe size incorrect

The shoes I ordered does not seem to be sized correctly. I always order a size larger than my actual size for comfort and to wear multiple socks if needed. The shoes I received seem to be a size smaller than my normal meaning, two sizes smaller than I ordered. Customer SVC said it's a final sales so I can't return or exchange. I thought they were just on sale. Maybe the size issue is why it was a final sale. Thoroughly disappointed.
