Staff were great
Staff were great. It would be good if you can cancel up to 1 person on the day if they’re unable to come to a party. All children at the party have SEND and the staff were amazing with them.

Staff were very helpful. Were able to go straight to lane. Pizza was good. Had a jug of drink which was reasonably priced. Clean and tidy. Had a good time.

Bowling with my granddaughter
Very enjoyable morning spent bowling with my 8 year old granddaughter. The staff were very polite and we had our lane on time through the online booking service. We made use of the lane barriers to assist our bowling action. No issues. A very enjoyable couple of hours.

Disgusting lift
The bowling itself was great and the overall experience was really fun good atmosphere, good games, and staff were friendly.
However, the lift completely lets the place down. Every time we used it, it smelled strongly of piss, it was really dark, and honestly quite horrible to go in. It’s got to the point where they really need to replace the whole lift altogether because it feels old, dirty, and badly maintained. Such a shame because the actual bowling experience is great, but the lift seriously ruins the first impression.

We recently hosted our daughter’s birthday party at Tenpin and had a fantastic experience. The bowling was great fun for the kids and everyone really enjoyed the arcade and entertainment options as well. The food was good, the atmosphere was lively, and the staff were very helpful. It was a fun and stress-free venue for a birthday celebration, and the children had an amazing time.
