We recently hosted our daughter’s birthday party at Tenpin and had a fantastic experience. The bowling was great fun for the kids and everyone really enjoyed the arcade and entertainment options as well. The food was good, the atmosphere was lively, and the staff were very helpful. It was a fun and stress-free venue for a birthday celebration, and the children had an amazing time.

Kids party was a great hit
The booking system is easy to use , can add extra children if needed , the children enjoyed the pizza and ice cream , the staff were on point with help with lanes, Didn’t feel rushed , they had time to play two games and eat . Definitely book again .

Always enjoy bowling and frequent tenpin Bexleyheath.
Staff and service is poor and has been for some time now. They give the attitude of the customer being inconvenient to them and make the experience less than ideal.
Lanes and areas around them were dirty and no cleared when we arrived to start our game, which was disappointing. This was rectified by staff as I started to clear but really not acceptable.
It’s a shame as ten pin could be great

I was really disappointed with our visit, we booked two games and the lane kept malfunctioning had to wait a while for the staff to come happened about eight times in total… we should’ve been moved, but wasn’t. Staff were ok but I wouldn’t say they were great

Broken scoring system
The staff were really friendly & polite.
The place was clean & tidy.
The bar was well stocked & the Thursday night deal was a real crowd pleaser.
However The scoring system failed to work properly and the lane kept going into fault, which let down the enjoyment.
Also it would be a good idea to be issued a drinks voucher instead of having to pre-order drinks.
Plus we had to stop the game to wait at the bar for drinks. It would be great to have a waitress service, better for us and less down time on the lanes.

Only 4 bowling balls in my lane
Only 4 bowling balls in my lane, the pins stopped working and had to be reset but the game was not reset. Not enough staff present. This is my usual bowling place always hit or miss this place

The bowling experience was superb however the lift to the venue smelled like a toilet looks like it has been used as a toilet and is not being cleaned

We had booked a meal and game together ticket, however when we came there and showed ticket to reception counter they did not communicate this to kitchen, and we kept playing games and no food was coming and we eveb finished playing and on repeated asking was informed food was not communicated to the kitchen and when the burger came finally it was dry with no mayonnaise or ketchup though was mentioned in chicken burger leaflet, it was such a terrible experience and we wont be visiting again
