We thought the prices of food was…
We thought the prices of food was reasonable but then when it come the large chips definitely was not large would feed one person and we are family of 6 , pizzas was really thin food was nice but for the prices we expected more , over all it is great place Togo wish they had few more game machines and bowling is really expensive aswell really loved that they’ve added soft play area which my younger two enjoyed

Great place for a birthday party
Great place for a birthday party - unlimited squash, yummy pizza, balloon making and a goodie bag for the birthday child. Staff were very helpful at the nantgarw venue.

Over half hour wait to get on our pre booked lane. Staff standing around doing nothing but chatting. Will not be going here again.

Dislike the cleanliness of the lanes
Dislike the fact we had to wait 35 minutes for our lane yet it says online to turn up 15minutes prior to your booking time? And then our lane wasn’t ready and when we got to it it was stinking.
Took way too long to bring our drinks order to the lane I appreciate it was busy it was a Saturday but I’ve used the lanes a few times now and it’s always been the same. Last time our game had ended and our drinks and bowl of chips hadn’t come so had to tell the check in desk and then waited another 25 minutes and it still didn’t arrive so we just left.
Great place but service is extremely slow.

Lanes were dirty
Lanes were dirty , Toilets were dirty , Team serving were missable, The female team member especially on soft play was not interested in children’s wellbeing, Children were crying , Parents should be told to be more attentive while children were playing , My niece was fine but felt very uncomfortable letting her in soft play

Great value for money
Recent renovations are great and there was a lovely atmosphere there. Easy check-in and booking and great value for money. We had a family of 9 of us and all had a fab time.

When I took my grandchildren to Tenpin
When I took my grandchildren to Tenpin, they thoroughly had a wonderful time, I have no criticism with the amenities, but however, I myself, 68 year old woman, went to join my grandchildren while they played their game and between there being a lot of people and the lighting, I didn't realise that there was a step down into the bowling area and fell badly, I hurt my foot and knee and was quite shaken up, luckily, x rays showed that I hadn't fractured anything, but was badly bruised and my knee was swollen, I am still in a lot of pain now and this has made my arthritis a lot more painful. I feel that there should be at least signs warning people to mind the step.

Birthday party small children enjoyed
My granddaughter enjoyed sessions with her friends for birthday. 4 stars as not enough small bowling balls to use for game. Staff helpful.

Limited ball sizes
Side by side lane only had 1 orange medium hole ball between all players (same on all lanes). Whilst only 2 in my party this was frustrating for both lane players. No large hole orange found.

Bowling and the soft play were amazing…
Bowling and the soft play were amazing and the children really enjoyed. I wish I could say the same about the food, chips were very dry an burgers lacked any taste.

Very overcrowded
Very overcrowded and unsafe with the amount of children running about. Parents stood around by the gates allowing random children to exit which it was a staff members job. Staff stood on the check in desk talking and on their phones, seemed to be totally oblivious of people allowing children to exit without their parent/guardian to collect them.

Bowling was great most of the staff were excellent and helpful apart from 1 who couldn't even be bothered to check 2 little boys tickets that they'd won every thing they asked for he said they didn't have in stock 2 very disappointed children
