Booked last minute. Everything was great. No issues. Queue to bar area was crazy so scanned QR code & had drinks delivered to our table. Great 😊

Very overcrowded and unsafe with the amount of children running about. Parents stood around by the gates allowing random children to exit which it was a staff members job. Staff stood on the check in desk talking and on their phones, seemed to be totally oblivious of people allowing children to exit without their parent/guardian to collect them.

Bowling was great most of the staff were excellent and helpful apart from 1 who couldn't even be bothered to check 2 little boys tickets that they'd won every thing they asked for he said they didn't have in stock 2 very disappointed children

Sensory overload for adults but amazing for kids. Arcade games expensive and short but lots to do and bowling is great.

Took grandchildren during half term. Thoroughly enjoyed themselves as they played in the arcade afterwards. Staff friendly and helpful. Childrens food was ok just needed to be presented a little better, in my opinion.

Dirty, horrendously busy and overpriced.
Came on a wet Friday in February half term, so i expected it to be busy. I didn't expect it to be absolutely rammed with people in every area and literally every table and surface area to be overflowing with glasses and rubbish, and rubbish on the floor. We'd booked for two games of bowling, the people before us ran over their time and left pizza, chips and rubbish around the seating area, it was grim. We didn't order drinks, the place was dirty and we expected it would take ages. We played our games and left. I paid about £28 for me and my teenaged son to play two games. Really not enjoyable. I wish you wouldn't pack so many people in, it's felt dangerous, I wonder what your safe numbers are for fire. The staff on the sign in desk were polite and helpful, and working hard. We won't be back.

It was a great experience. And it was a clean and nice place. My kids really enjoyed the Sofplay area and other games.

I’m really disappointed with our recent visit to the arcade.
I took my two-year-old daughter and 13 year old for a fun day out, and we ended up spending £30 on arcade games to collect tickets. My 2 year old was so excited watching the tickets add up and carefully looking at the prizes displayed in the glass cabinets. There were lots of different items shown, each with a ticket value including a blue duck that she absolutely fell in love with.
When we went to redeem our tickets, I asked the staff member at the counter for the blue duck. I was told they didn’t have it in stock and that they didn’t even have access to the cabinet. In fact, they said they didn’t have about half of the items on display. Apparently, this is “regular practice.” The only prizes actually available were a few squishy toys and some small bags of Haribo.
It was incredibly upsetting. My daughter was distressed because she couldn’t understand why she wasn’t allowed the toy she had worked so hard to get tickets for. As a parent, it was heartbreaking watching her cry over something that was clearly displayed as available. I was also frustrated knowing we had spent £30 to earn tickets for what should have been a £3 toy only to find it wasn’t even an option.
Displaying prizes that aren’t actually available feels misleading and unfair, especially when young children are involved. If items aren’t in stock or staff don’t have access to them, they shouldn’t be on display.
Sadly, what should have been a fun experience turned into a very disappointing one. I wouldn’t return unless the prize system becomes more transparent and honest.

The chaos and intense noise of the arcade games and soft play was completely overwhelming for us and our kids who’d come to do bowling.

As soon as we arrived their was chaos which you understand on a weekend, but their was only 1 person in at check in and we were waiting 15 minutes! When we got to our alley it was covered in mess we couldn’t even sit down it was covered in left over cake, crumbs and drinks everywhere. The floor was so sticky! I couldn’t believe the mess!

Friendly girl booking us in and taking our order. couldn't fault her at all, very friendly and welcoming. Bar staff looked like in a rush, spilled one of our drinks and then got order wrong and lied about drink given to my daughter. Said mixed slushie as requested....it wasn't. Didn't stop us having fun though but don't stress or lie to customers bar people. 👍

Maybe it's just not the environment for me. It felt dirty in the bar / restaurant area, chips didn't come with burgers and the food was basic ... a grey burger in a bun - that was your lot, no garnish, no sauces on the table. Had to return to bar at least 4 times to get order correct.

Clear the lane before sending us to it.
We had booked a time slot, went to the desk was told our lane was ready for us, got there and it was full of people just sat with drinks and food and party supplies who were moaning at us for telling them it was our slot and our lane.
