Not suitable for large groups
We were in a group large enough for two lanes but there are Perspex screens between booths that ruin the ability to socialise. Wouldn’t book for more than 1 lane in future.

Reasonably priced and a lot of fun in a…
Reasonably priced and a lot of fun in a nice environment. My only issue was that the lanes could have been tidier. It looked like a family of wild boars had eaten and left the food packaging and wrappers everywhere. But it didn't detract from the evening.

Good time had by all
Came with a group of 16 of us for my daughters birthday, booked two games of bowling with food. Everything well organised and ready for our arrival. Food is basic but nice, perfect to go with a game of bowling. No complaints (apart from being a bit pricey but suppose everything is now?!) good time had by all.

Lane wasn't ready
Lane wasn't ready, waited extra 20mins afterwards. No staff informed us that the lane was ready for us to use.
On booking I added drinks which never came to our given lane, so I had to re vist the bar to then prove Ive paid for the drinks.

Lanes not ready at pre-booked time!
Had to wait over 20 mins for one of the two lanes we had booked - with a very excited toddler becoming very frustrated! Kept being told 'just 5 more minutes'. Shouldn't take bookings if they can't be honoured on time!

Well I never thought id go to a place that still had strings attached to the pins and ball had more crevices than the moon . They do keep it nice and clean tho

Bowling is fine but bar staff are rude.
Bowling was fine but the bar staff were simply rude when I went up the first time. So I decided the second time to order online via the QR code on the lane. The bar staff then brought us only half of the order. I assumed she was going back to get the other half so I waited a couple of minutes and then had to go to the bar to ask where the rest of it was. Again the woman was rude and stated “I should’ve told them when she brought the first half”. HOW can I when she walked straight off?! Not my fault you can’t do your job properly.

Great deal at £40 shame about cleanliness
Bowling was a great deal £40 for up to six people including a pizza .
Check-in was fine however the area we were given was full of empty glasses and rubbish left by the previous users of the lane .
No attempt by staff to clear and clean wipe down the table etc . Ended up moving the and cleaning up myself 😡

Poor organisation
Booked 2 games for 4 people however had people waiting for our lane after an hour . When we got there it also took 20 minutes past our booked time to get on . Drinks don’t arrive for 40 mins just as we were leaving. Didn’t expect much for food but it was stone cold / half frozen . Not enough balls distributed so made it hard for kids to play.

Good fun, great laughs
After the initial issues with the karaoke machine freezing and having to move booths ( staff great and apologies given sorted us out swiftly and re start of time lost out)
There was a good list of songs, warm room with use of wall heater. Like how we could order drinks to booth (little slow but was extremely busy)
Nice clean room good all round fun.
