Service is VERY slow all the time everytime I go it’s the same should really be sorted by now other then that the establishment is nice just need to work on the customer service side of it.

Short staffed and ridiculous ques
Only one person on the bar and again one person on the tickets counter , we cued for more time than we actually played. Someone who played on our lane was previously sick and no one came to clear it up until asked twice, we got told we had to wait for everyone to be processed in the line before our game could begin which took another 20 minutes.
Wouldn't recommend going spend more time waiting than anything !

Terrible service, avoid
Terrible service, waited over half a hour to get a drink, staff not bothered. No organisation. Poor experience all around. Also place looks like a building site.

The Bowling lane was good, but…
The Bowling lane was good, but it was filthy when we received it. Drink service is slow and poor. In any other place for this price you’d get your G&T served with ice and lime/lemon, but here each time you had to beg for it. Im not saying it’s expensive, but for this price you should raise your standards. Especially the hygiene ones. Everything is sticky, dirty and full of empty glasses and baskets.

Used to be my favourite tenpin
Used to be my favourite tenpin. New layout and lights are awful. Have to find a gap in chairs to get all the way to the far corner to reception. Crap tables and chairs in front of screen. Booths are stuck together so you need loads of you or have to ask everyone to move. Be worse when soft play opens

More staff required?
Staff seemed too busy to be attentive. There was a 25+ minute wait in the queue at reception. 3 burgers were brought to our lane and left while our backs were turned with no warning—they weren’t ours! It took 20 minutes to flag down a staff member to take them away.
The lane functioned well and no technical difficulties.

Another great evening for football
Popped in to watch Coventry game with family from Ireland after not been able to get tickets for the game. Had a lovely hostess called chloe. I remember her from when we brought the kids here about 10 years ago. She's still the smiley polite engaging lady she's always been

Could be better!
We love bowling and the atmosphere is good here.initial check in was good and we got drinks at the bar straight away. However, not greeted at the lane and when lane had a glitch we had a message to say help was on its way and nobody came! We had to sort it ourselves! Drinks and lane cost very expensive and we were surrounded by dirty glasses and plates!

like a scene from jumanji - Chaos
I think I should start by saying that when I walked in the scene resembled something out of Jumanji!
There were kids running about everywhere and literally climbing on top of the arcade games making some of them unusable.
Also whilst I get the logic of moving the reception area to the outer Hebrides in the furthest point from the entrance so you have to walk past all the attractions first it might actually be useful to put some clear signage up letting people know it is now tucked away.
Now for the bowling which is what we came for. The lane had one bumper that was stuck in the up position and there wasn't a member of staff in site to assist with resolving this. Hats off to your commercial team though for managing to sell ball sponsorship to Pepsi, whilst that probably generated some great income I am not sure it passes the usability test. Short of getting a magnifying glass out it is now very difficult to see which ball is what size with the engraved ball sizes being in black against a dark blue ball! A suggestion for you is make the most of the marketing plan and have each different size ball represented by a different pepsi drink maybe?
I know the place is having a refurb but that actually didn't impact our experience at all on the plus side.

There was old food containers around everywhere that the staff ignored, when I got on my lane there was old food container. The staff did nothing. The toilets were a mess and there was no toilet roll in any of the cubicles

Fantastic improvements and still working on more
Been a while since I have here to have some fun and was pleasantly surprised by the improvements to the venue. Lots if activities to do and really liked the new bowling booths. The only thing I could find wrong was the long wait dofor drinks when ordering from the booth, but other than that wax great

Coventry 10 pin
Went to Coventry 10 pin bowling with my wife to let off some steam and have a crack.
A few changes going on with a refurb in progress so a bit noisy in one part.
Our time was spent with Bowling pool and air hockey along with few drinks
A good two hours spent there and we enjoyed it 👍

Poor value for money
Expensive package for bowling and food. Quality of food - nuggets, burger and chicken burger - was so disappointing- worst served anywhere ever. Low quality ingredients, cold.No drink offered with meal deal. No hot drinks available. Venue dirty and cold with lots of building work going on. Staff were pleasant and apologetic.
