Lovely day out with the family, most arcade games accept contactless payment but change machine available which also accepts contactless payment. Staff were very professional and polite. Definitely recommend. 👍🏽

Great birthday day party
Very happy with the Croydon branch and how they hosted my daughter’s birthday party. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Kids loved the party and the food and the balloons. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a great birthday party idea for a decent price.

We preordered some extra food
We preordered some extra food. When I received the pizzas for the kids I went to reception to ask where was my extra food. They replied to me that they have to feed all the party and then give us the extra food ( which it has no sense for me, because I want all the food together, one kids didn’t eat!!!) after we asked 3 more times to the waitresses and they asked me to come back again to the reception to give my reference number. Time passed and we almost finished our session. I asked to speak with the manager. She completely ignored us( even when she was in front of us). She never asked “what’s happen?”. Then I asked to have the refund, because it was too late ( they found out they gave the food to the wrong table). They never apologised. Worst experience ever!
