Poor service waited over 35 mins for 3 drinks to be brought to table
When approached bar i seen the drinks had been sitting and they couldnt make an expresso martini
Rather than coming and explaining this we were left to wait for 35 mins
Poor customer service everyone was training and no one in control

Unhelpful
Turned up early like it advised and was told our lane wasn’t ready and that the booking wasn’t for the time we had on our reservation and was told to come back at the time they had on system to see if the lane was ready, then had an issue with a bowling ball stuck in the gutter before we played and advised staff of this but they couldn’t care less and said someone will get to it when they can but they never appeared.

Becomes very busy during school holidays and Cubs, Scouts, Boys Brigade, Brownies and Guides nights out. Also very noisy.
Experience is great when venue is quiet.
Venue becomes very noisy quite often.
Irregular users do not understand any of the standard protocols.
Basic safety lessons should be made a requirement.

Good experience and good deal for…
Good experience and good deal for Sunday night but took a while to be served which wasn't great and then ordered drinks to lane and we had already finished our 1st game before the drinks arrived.

Good offers on, place is nice and clean. My only slight recommendation would be to have more size 6 bowls as these were hard to come by and 2 out of 5 players were using it as well as someone on the lane next to us so was a bit of waiting around to share when there was an abundance of heavier bowls in all lanes that no one was using

Friday pizza and bowl.
Went on a Friday after 4pm, 2 adults and 3 kids ages 4,12,8, pizza and bowl, we added chips and juice,the food and drinks were brought out after 10 mins, we stopped and eat and drank, we ended up getting timed out of the game and couldn't finish playing which was very disappointing cause we were enjoying the game, how can you ask a 4 and 8 year old to eat quickly, it would have been better if we got the food after we played,
I went to the desk and they set up another lane for us but by that time the kids were fed up and tired so we left after 2 shots, yes they tried to fix the situation but it was too late .

Ease of parking at venue. Staff helpful. Couldn't get small drinks and I think £12.50 for 4 soft drinks is quite pricey.

The AR darts wasn’t working properly
The AR darts was the only thing we used and numbers 9 and 18 weren’t registering. We arrived early they told us the people on started late so we had to wait to get on. That was ok except we didn’t get extra time after. Asked for extra time they did come over but the game was lost by that point and we had to start over.
