We had a good evening playing the games the only thing that was a let down was it seemed very understaffed... people were queuing at the bar for at least 15mins plus..there only seemed to be 1or 2 staff members serving.. don't get me wrong they were very friendly and apologetic, plus we couldn't use the the QR code as it wouldn't register any of the people who tried it..and why are each of the alleys blocked off with the perspex barriers.. there we're 24 of us and we couldn't really mingle and talk to each other as these blocked our conversations

Poor customer service
I made a booking error with time and when I called to change time I was told I couldn’t do that and that I would have to re book the time I wanted was told booking was no refundable then when we got there we had to move lanes as the bumpers weren’t working on both lanes booked then when we got to the other lanes they were still not working when we had to speak to staff again about this we were made to feel like we were being a problem the customer service is not very good here but the kids like it there

i had booked bowling online showing…
i had booked bowling online showing them that i’m a student and they still accepted my booking for 9pm on saturday when i walked in with my boyfriend everything went well then the bouncer watched him go to the toilet the bouncer squared up to me asking for my id when i explained i was underage but still have id he started questioning why i am here because apparently after 8:30 no under 28s are allowed in the building when they was still little children walking around then i explained to him that i have bowling booked he then started questioning me about me being with a group of men who had walked in after us asking me if they are buying alcohol drinks for me i said no and stepped back as i felt uncomfortable and he walked away when me and my boyfriend went to our lane ready to play a game of bowling he stood at the end watching our every move aswell as telling another bouncer to watch us, we ordered drink off the app and when they arrived the bouncer continually walked past up and down making sure that he drinks was non-alcoholic and then proceed to watch us for the rest of our game.After we decided to play a few games in the arcade he the followed us and watched our every move which made us feel very uncomfortable when we was leaving he proceeded to follow us up the stairs and watched our every us walk away.This has happened before and won’t be going back due to me feeling very uncomfortable

I love Tenpin. The atmosphere is great, bowling is great, everything is great. I had a porblem with my lane and they gave me a whole new game without any hesitation. They'll be seeing me every week from now!!

Not enough arcades that actually work
Not enough arcades that actually work! Food was terrible, cold and tasteless. Tried to find someone but couldnt. Told the lady it was my sons 10th birthday it would have nice if the staff made an effort.

I pre booked and paid a week in advance…
I pre booked and paid a week in advance for 730pm. Upon arrival they said that they had my booking for 8pm and that they were full and we’d have to wait.
Didn’t offer us a drink or an extra game. I clearly showed my booking receipt showing 730.
They said they’d come n get us at 8 but at ten past I returned to the reception to ask if my lane was ready. Not impressed
