however checking in couldve been more efficient. There didn’t seem to be a clear queuing system as its right next to the arcade madness so it was just cramped with people walking all different directions

Arrived on the off chance. In arrival there was a few bowling lanes available so no waiting. Then proceeded to the bar for drinks, was told he wasn’t serving for around ten minutes, he needed to do some cleaning, but I can order through the app which I did 20 plus minutes had passed no drinks so I had a look and noticed about 6 people at the bar getting served, I looked again 5 minutes later and noticed some drinks at the end of the bar I proceeded to the bar and noticed some of the drinks was mine I asked the guy if I could take them witch he agreed he did look at my receipt. The I ordered more from the app and again I had to go the bar and ask for them.so no point in ordering from the lane via the app. Other than that it was ok

To start with the experience wasn’t great, the pins on our lane were not resetting them selves which was frustrating. There were a couple of staff who ignored us when asking for a reset. However, after speaking to someone they helped resolve the issue and moved us to a different lane, they got the manager to come and speak to us who also added an extra game for free. Following this we had a great time and no further issues

The time given was very short considering we signed up for 2 rounds and it was 4 of us, it. Was so short we didn’t even get to complete the second round and was on the 9th shot of the first round when the time finish.

Everything made simple
Everything made simple, just turned up, gave us our lane and off we went. Bowled 3 games and left no fuss, all went beautifully.

Absolute joke of a service from start
Absolutely appalling service from start to finish. Had to chase staff for the laser tag session, then We had to repeatedly chase staff just to get food and desserts served. This was supposed to be a children’s birthday party, yet kids were left waiting over 20 minutes for ice cream after finishing their meals. As a result, some of my guests had no choice but to leave early.
Vanilla ice cream was clearly requested both over the phone at the time of booking and again on arrival, yet only one portion was available. The rest were chocolate, which several children did not want. To make matters worse, your staff’s response was completely unacceptable: “This is what we have—if you don’t like it, I’ll take it back.” That level of attitude is shocking and unprofessional.
The entire experience was disorganised, poorly managed, and frankly embarrassing. For a paid event, this fell far below any reasonable standard of service.
I will not be returning under any circumstances, and I will be making sure to share this experience widely with friends, family, neighbours, and anyone considering booking here so they know exactly what to expect. what a pure Joke of a service.
