Karaoke software as bad as my singing
Booked a karaoke room for a birthday surprise, and a good time was had by all. However, the software for choosing songs was borderline unusable, with a glitchy and erratic touchscreen and graphics circa 2002. The staff gave us an extra ten minutes on the hour to make up for the wasted time, and for this they get three stars rather than two.

Great time!
The privacy of the booth, even though you’re next to other people, was great. It was fab that you can get drinks delivered. As an electrician’s wife, the lighting was very impressive and added to the experience! 😂 We had a great time!

I did not bowl, There was no space to bowl after waiting 1 hour beyond my scheduled time.
And i could not get my money back.

Paid for an hours bowling at Milton…
Paid for an hours bowling at Milton Keynes. was checked in at 1:50, lane wasn't ready as needed cleaning, which is fine! Get to the lane just after 2 and our game gets cut off at 2:50. Tried to explain we didn't start bowling till after 2 as the lane was being cleaned. Manager who checked me in went of to check the cameras. I left as wasn't waiting around for her to come back! Maybe don't check guests in until the lane is actually ready to be used!

I was moved ( again! Each time in my last two visits at Tenpin) in the middle of the game, the new booth wasn't clean. Very disappointed. I don't think I will be bowling there again

Disappointing experience!!!
We booked a couple of weeks in advance & preordered food but some of the food we ordered was not available - the alternative that was selected we were told we couldn’t have. The food that we did receive was of a very poor standard!
They had run out of some drinks behind the bar - bottled water unavailable

Great value for money
I wanted to arrange a work's get together, that all could get involved with and build the team and motivate them for a great year they had .
This was just the job and the staff have requested i rebook again for 2026 .
