Team members don’t listen
Took my son & 3 of his friends for my son’s birthday (2 games) I did the two games & food offer. I didn’t place a food order and was told my the team member I could order the food at the end. A member of the team came over mid way through the first game and said I need to place the order. I advised we did not want the food until the game had finished and he said no problem, just go to the bar when finished. Mid way through the second game, the food came. I told the guy we didn’t want it, but he just walked away which really annoyed me, so the kids had cold food by the time the game was finished.

Amazing experience
The staff were lovely, Especially 1 member of staff, Robin, shes not shy to talk to customers, shes very funny and professional. Chloe made checking in easy and didnt hesitate to help us and reassure us when our lane was ready. the booking process was simple and location was easy to find, it has such an amazing atmosphere and has lots of things to do such as arcade games, pool, escape rooms, bowling & even karaoke!!

Not enough food for karaoke party!
The intro was good, friendly staff to set up. But after that, there wasn’t enough food for 10 teenagers! They were still starving. They had a great time - but the room is small for 10 and there wasn’t any follow ups to check everything was ok.

Tenpin MK recommended
Little wait due to queue on arrival but other than that no issues. Helpful and friendly staff. Bar prices extremely reasonable and free parking. Prefer Tenpin to the other bowling due to these reasons.

We had a fantastic experience for my daughter's birthday - the staff were so incredibly helpful (Leo inparticular!)
They even managed to organise a spot in the karaoke room at short notice for us whilst we were there!

The food was awful. Everything tasted bad, even the chips. How do you manage to ruin chips? The food was brought out already cold. There were no cutlery or napkins

The bowling was great went with my son and granddaughter. The food which was paid with the booking was due to come to the lane. It didn’t arrive so when we finished tried to track it down without success. Went to McDonald’s

The only downside is when leaving you have to walk past everyone smoking.
Not acceptable forchildren to have to do this. A delegated smoking area would be better

Time limit on games….
It’s a really good place. However, for the first time we were asked to get Tunis our game as we were overrunning. Now you have a 10 minute time limit per game! I don’t like this! We didn’t play slow and being asked to finish isn’t appropriate. Don’t make the time limit so short so you can get more people to pay and make more money. Let people enjoy themselves.

Bowling itself was ok
Bowling itself was ok. Lanes are very cramped, feel like you're on top of the lanes next to you. Wouldn't rush to go back.
Not really a problem with the venue itself but walking to the carpark afterwards to be greeted by a group of teenagers drinking and being sick in the carpark wasn't the greatest
