Tidy but understaffed
Its lovely and neat and clean! Wasn't enough staff on on the day we visited. Took a really long time to get served for drinks. Then the lane malfunctioned (which i understand can happen) but when you've booked an hour and lost 15-20mins while the malfunction was fixed, that should really be compensated. It was not.

We were early but not left to wait around and were allocated a lane to play almost immediately. Good customer service and very friend staff.

Friendly, easy and efficient. Easy to book by phone.
I’d forgotten my phone and my booking was immediately found and wasn’t a bother. Also good to know you can put your car registration in and then don’t have to pay for parking.
My son, grandsons and myself had a great time . And this was half term. 😁🤩

Half time fun
Booking was easy, had food added to order, and was brought to us at the lane, Overall a pleasant afternoon bowling, Kids enjoyed which was the main aim.
Food was not bad to be honest, and it was hot which was a good thing. good service all round

Dear [Tenpin Management/Customer Service],
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your venue. I arrived at 18:20, intending to book a game of bowling for my son. The staff at the counter informed me that no slots were available until 9:00 PM. I explained that the game would not last more than 10 minutes and requested that a slot be found, but was told nothing was available.
Shortly after, I checked the Tenpin website and was able to book a game for 19:15. I returned to the counter to ask if I should check in immediately, and another staff member advised me to come back 10 minutes before the scheduled time. At the suggested time, I went to check in, but the same lady informed me that my alley number was 12. When I arrived at the alley, it was already occupied by another booking. Upon returning to the counter, she could not locate my booking.
At this point, I explained my frustration-why I had been denied a slot despite availability on the website, and that I could not wait indefinitely. I requested to speak with the manager on duty, who eventually assigned a different alley.
Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and unfair. I understand that companies aim to maximise profits, but denying a 5-year-old a 10-minute game due to mismanagement, combined with the lack of coordination at the counter, reflects poorly on the venue. I have visited this location frequently on weekdays and weekends, but this experience has left me disappointed.
I hope you review this incident and take measures to prevent similar situations in the future.

i assume a new starter was trained on till - service was friendly but slow (one item was missed out from the order - started queueing up again. help eventually arrived which brought the queue down. the girl serving us did great (she deserved 5stars) but felt she was left on her own during quite a busy time - hence why i am only giving 3

Our booth was absolutely filthy no one came to clean it from a birthday party previously . Ordered a drink and the server seemed annoyed when i asked her to clean the mess .

Won't be back!
5 out of 7 arcade machines took the money and did not work. Had to argue to get money back there policy is not to refund but to give you a free go on something else even if you have already paid so its NOT free!!!!
Also booked for 11am only to be told a lane wont be free till 12pm!
So loud u can't really have a conversation when trying to sort all there's problems!
Won't be back. Have booked bowling in Escape MK centre. Hope they are better

After pre booking our game wait 35 mins to bowl
After pre booking our game, we arrived on time for our booking, only to be told that we would have to wait half an hour for our lane to become available, this was really disappointing, and we don’t even get offered an apology.
The staff appeared stressed, and overwhelmed.
I’m not sure we will book again as there are other places to bowl in MK.
