On the 02/09/2026 we arrived at 19:10 hrs to play 2 games of bowling. When we arrived at lane 18 there was still a group playing their game. We didn’t not interrupt their game and waited patiently nearby. Not easy with a 3 YO and 6 YO excited to play.
We started our first game, which was very enjoyable. During the start of the second game a member of staff came to our lane. She stated we need to hurry up as there was a group due later on. The style and tone of this message was passed in a stressful manner. She did not take time to listen and engage with my mention of the previous group being delayed. My 6 YO has recently come out of hospital and this comment just killed the joyful mood of the family. I feel that further training is required on positive talk rather than pass the fault of lateness onto customers. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Ordering at a lane on QR code
The qr code to order drinks and food at the lanes wasn't working I would enter our order and tried to pay three times and it wouldn't go through it errors. Even tried my husbands card and same again. But my card worked when I went to the till but due to our trip being on a Saturday it was manic and a queue at the bar so my friends were waiting for me to come back to continue our game which delayed everyone. Please look at why I couldn't complete my order for lane 11.

Long waits
Long waits for food, we finished our 2 games before the food arrived. The rubbish from the people before us was left on the lane and not cleaned despite the lanes next to us being cleaned.

We got in and got out straight into a bowling lane was super! We ordered some food we then said to the people on the bar we was leaving our bags and drinks on the table while we just walk around the arcade we kept coming back no food. When we finally came back after 20 minuets our drinks had gone I asked about our food when they brought it out the burger buns was rock solid I have video evidence and the chips was freezing, would not be recommending to anyone.

People's needs not met
The burger was so dry it was like sandpaper. No sauces added or sachets.
Was placed
With a family with an autistic child who was 'kicking off' & screaming.
Why would you place a group of 4 adults with this family????
The whole experience was ruined by this child's outbursts - support needs. We couldn't be given a alternative lane.
I went for a 'last outing' with my son before he leaves for army training.
We were all glad to leave.
I appreciate you can't predict additional needs children's behaviour but u can place people better.
My support needs were not met. I went in anxious emotional & teary . Then came out angry & agitated pissed off my memory was ruined.

Food came out at start of game too early
Booked for my parents to take son they and I didn’t realise they send out food the moment you start bowling and at 11 it’s not what you want could they have said hold the food until after we played? They weren’t asked.

Good time had by all
We had a good couple of hours. It was clean. Easy to get served for drinks. Food was ok. We booked in at 11 would have been better for the food to come out at 12 rather than 11:30.

Friendly helpful staff. We booked the deal which was a game for the 3 of us including a cheeseburger with chips each for less than £20 - it was a Monday.
That was fun, perfect for the kids at a reasonable price. Venue had loads of lanes. Easy to set up the lane. Was easy to book online but you did have to search for the best deals or you could end up paying a lot more.
