Fab night bowling
Staff were great, especially Lucy and Emily mcreedy who were lovely girls , friendly and happy. Food was yummy too. Great service !

There were not enough bowling balls to go round especially for children. The lightest I couldn’t find was a 7 and could only find one but the game itself and venue were really good

It was easy to book on line it was 1 adult and 3 children we had 2 games which we enjoyed then we had pizza and drinks then looked and played in the arcade the girls enjoyed that to finish our afternoon out. Would do it again.

Not too busy, clean and staff helpful. Considering it was the summer holidays food came quick and was tasty.

Really enjoyed our visit
Really enjoyed our visit - the lady checking us in for our bowling booking spotted that my youngest was wearing ear defenders (he is autistic and not great with loud noises), so she kindly put us on a bottom lane away from the parties. It was perfect for us. The drinks we ordered were a good price and brought to our lane very quickly. We had fun looking around the arcade area afterwards too - especially giant Hungry Hippos! We had a great time, I wish there was somewhere like this in Cornwall!

Not a very clear check in area as I was in a massive queue behind people exchanging arcade tickets for 5 minutes when I then saw someone come in and go up to an empty counter and a member of staff then greeted them to check them in.
The food was terrible, but the game was fun and the cocktails really nice.

Fun bowling
Fast and easy to get to the lane, booking was easy and staff were friendly. The lighting by the pins were very flashy and did cause headaches

Food was late
Food was very late out. We almost completed our single game with 3 people playing. Staff were apologetic and food was ok. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Great experience
Great experience, however staff were a bit hard to find. Nobody behind the desk when we arrived, we had to ask the person behind the bar and he had to call someone. Other than that everything was good.

The bowling was great fun
The bowling was great fun, the security guard was friendly and hilarious, however the lady that served me a slushy was quite rude and didn't sound like she was happy that I wanted a slushie :( booking in via phone was really easy and who I booked with was very friendly!

ID from legal country not being accepted.
Apparently my ID card doesn’t get accepted at ten pin barbican because im from another country not the UK.
Which does not make any sense!! My money and credit card that comes from that country gets recognized but my ID doesn’t!!
We genuinely didn’t know vaping wasn’t allowed there. Rather than politely informing us of the rule and asking us to stop, we were immediately told to leave.
A little understanding and basic customer service would have gone a long way.
hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff that enforcing rules and treating customers with respect can go hand in hand.

Lovely morning out
We have been bowling here on many occasions over the years and I’ve always enjoyed our experience. The staff are friendly, the bowling alleys are fun. Then there is an arcade of all sorts of games and experiences that you can enjoy whilst having food and drink from on-site Café.
