Laser Tag birthday party
Boys had blast at Laser Tag birthday party. The rule of running is odd for being shot.
Got freebies such as sweets, chocolate, t-shirt and birthday tenpin.
Size of Pizza could have been bigger.
I would definitely recommend it.

Staff are super helpful and friendly.
Went in for a game of bowling, pool and eats. Everything was top notch. Would highly recommend!

The best part was mason he made the experience great with laser tag. However I was visotng due to being in Plymouth to see my son . We came to tenpin and bowled the 1 st night , pricy wouldn’t do it often .we went on the arcades etc and the little ones coolest ed tickets. .the ticket eater Mach e needs replacing we must of lost over 300 tickets woudl of been more if o didn’t complain . 2 nd night we came arcades and laser . I inserted 2 £10 notes and got change then wanted to do another £10 however it ran out of money . I asked a member of staff as I couldn’t see another machine . He excised me of stealing money from the change machine ! Majority of staff were ok mason aas brill bit other staff need to have training in customer service / care some attuides were not good . I am a regular visitor of Plymouth and was exited to find this place amd food places Cinima etc all in one place however I not sure if I would return to the arcades bit would with the laser

It was a good morning bowling only downside was the music was far to loud which almost ruined it otherwise all was good

It was really easy to book. I also was able to easily amend an error in my booking via the phone helpline.
The bowling experience was great for my kids and the staff in Plymouth were good

Bumper bars broken and always on.
When we arrived we were told that the bumper bars were broken and had to be on all the time which made our competitive group experience quite awful.

Always good family fun
Always good family fun. Tend to go early in the morning so not quite so busy. Grandkids love bowling but also all the arcade machines.
Mason was so patient and understanding while they chose what they wanted to spend their tickets on.

Everything was ready when we arrived. The screens are easy to use. A fun photo for the scoreboard and a lot great time had by all.

Great place to socialise
I come here once a month with friends to play bowling and twice a month to play pool. It’s always a great experience. The staff are always very friendly and are willing to help if there are any problems.
