We order food nachos and a large size…
We order food nachos and a large size of chips
With sodas (2x).
They only give us one small size of tomato sauce.
When my wife asked for few in the counter. staffs are fuming when been asked..
You will see on her face expression seems insulting my wife . We just quiet.
But she gave 1 x small size of tomato sauce.
She mentioned “why is your sauce is not enough. My wife said we receive just one sachet ( small size) and not enough for two of us.
Just small issue but I believe need to be addressed.

The booking system online was easy. Checking in on the day was very straightforward. Members of staff were friendly and the quipments were also good. We enjoyed ourselves there.

I was going to be running late due to traffic and they adjusted the time for me so me and my family wouldn't miss out on our game.
Food is always piping hot when we ordered and was definitely worth the price.. Even managed to add on another game. Made my birthday great

The general setting was messy
The general setting was messy, unclean. The bowling area had not been cleaned.
Bowling was fine.
Areas near toilets were strewn with food, drink cartons.
Toilets were filthy.
Staff were stood around chatting.
Maybe some oversight and things could improve dramatically- clean spaces, wipe down.
Sort out regular toilet checks - if they say it’s done hourly it’s false

Been to tenpin many times
Been to tenpin many times, went for my nieces birthday. Booked online for bowling and food. When we got there and signed in. They said we didn't have food down, explained we had booked over the phone the girl behind the desk said booking over the phone is bad because it doesn't come through on their system! And she couldn't refund the money for food we paid over the phone, only a credit note for burgers! She was extremely unhelpful with an attitude the entire time. I found quite a few of the staff were rude and had attitude. While ordering food and drinks using the QR code. We wouldn't get our full order, and when asking for drinks or food they had missed, they would roll their eyes! Very poor customer services.

Great services, clean environment and a very user friendly set of lanes. We encountered an issue with ball blockages that was very quickly resolved.

The actual bowling was fine and the table service was very good its just the quality of the food. Twice we have been and had pizza that my child said tasted awful and she loves pizza, the burgers and chips were really bad aswell. Its a shame as its a good venue but the food has gone down hill.

Staff turned football off in middle of the game.
Went to watch the champions league final and was enjoying it. It was a little loud and crowded as you would expect. I don't know what happened but halfway through they turned off the game and kicked a few people out. They then did not turn it back on for over 20 mins. I was disappointed as there was no communication about what had happened for them to turn it off or if it was going to be turned back on. Will not be going back for any events now as I feel like they might be disrupted. Enjoy the arcade after the game.
