Always a good time
Always a good time, staff are friendly and helpful, do think they could have told people the way they do the arcade has changed and I wouldn’t have changed all my notes to coins but I was able to put it on the card anyway so not too much hassle, other than that I think it’s a good system, no longer have mass amounts of game tickets to collect for big prizes 😆

Family Fun Day
We attended Tenpin at Swindon having booked online using some points Tesco Clubcard points. The call centre staff and those at the venue were very helpful. The atmosphere at the venue was good. We attended as a family with a 4 and 2 year old and they enjoyed the bowling and the arcade.

do not eat here.
we went here for an 18th birthday. could not fault any of the staff.
however i was very disappointed with the food. for the amount you pay it really is not worth it.
portions are very small, and inedible.

Hubbies 40th surprise
I booked tenpin as a surprise for my husbands 40th celebrations, as all attendees live in Swindon, it was perfect for all of us to meet in Shaw for a couple of games and a laugh, I was a bit concerned about how big the party of attendees was, but communication from the help desk made the booking process smooth and simple, and the Friday night deal definitely helped with the cost, the staff on duty were kind, and polite, drinks flowed as did food and fun was had, we will definitely be returning in the near future.

Really good fun for the whole family! Used to £10 Thursday offer which was great for a family of 6. Had a great time and fun with the screen that let us change our names throughout and take pictures!

Appalling service
We had booked 2 games of bowling and to include a burger meal for the 3 of us. When we arrived we checked in and the girl who served us said the order would be sent to the kitchen. I asked if the food would come out while we were bowling and she said yes but in about 30 mins. An hour later when we had finished our 2 games we had still not received any food. We asked at the bar and they said we had said we wanted the food after we had finished bowling which we said we hadn’t. The food still took ages to come out and we hadn’t to chase it again. When it finally appeared it was like warm and looked like it had been under a lamp for hours. Not impressed!
