It was my sons birthday for laser tag
Took ages to start, finish laser and food took 30 mins to come, we was alway on the way of safe, well that what it felt like,
We had 13 people and the give us tomato sauce when we ask them for million pound, took 15 min for cake to come out after I asked then took even longer for the to cut it, kids got bored and my son was up set, it was his first party. And felt very let down, the best person was the lady who did the laser tag,
Tshirt was so small and was told that the only size they do, in fair,
There was never a sorry for delay
It ruins my sons first party, and last with his friends before high school

We are a local care home…
We are a local care home that booked through customer service. It was great, they understood and I received an easy booking. We then went bowling and the team were fantastic, very helpful and the residents enjoyed their experience. We had 3 wheelchairs and although the lane could have been bigger, it was still perfectly useable. Thankyou Tenpin

Booked for my daughters’ birthday party. They had a great time. Seven 9-10 year olds. All had plenty of bowling time. Loved the sweets if they got a strike etc. food was a hit. Everything was great

The staff we met were fantastic, young blonde lady helped us get the right package for both bowling and refreshments and the young man with the beard was the most enthusiastic and helpful individual.

Great party 🥳
I have pre booked in advance one hour bowling with pizza for my daughter birthday party, I added some extras ,( food, nuggets etc,), and karaoke afterwards as well . The website is so easy and clear to book 😊 After bowling we had 30min for food, drink and cake . And then karaoke was booked . Unfortunately there was delay for food , we have to wait little bit longer, but no one was booked after us so it wasn't an issue, only party finished later than expected. But we had lots of fun , great atmosphere and there were always someone to help 😊

A great family experience
Polite staff, the lane was clean and working. Food was great and came out quickly especially as it was busy and there were 6 of us. All the arcade machines were clean and working including the ticket counting machines.
Very useful to have a cash machine inside.

Poor service .
I booked a lane for 10am and was told we had to eat our meal immediately. Who eats burger and chips straight after breakfast !! One child is autistic and certainly wouldn’t eat as it was not near lunchtime.. The young manageress was extremely rude and was fiddling with the till when I was trying to talk to her . No eye contact at all. I could not find anything on your site that says you have to eat immediately. We have visited many times previously and this has never been the case. What a waste of food , money and time !! So disappointing. Ruined our experience .

Alley was available when we got there…
Alley was available when we got there and setting up the scoreboard was easy. Lots of different bowls available.
It wasn’t clear where we needed to go when we arrived to check in - it looked like the lady was just taking food orders. Maybe some clearer signs might help.
I booked the wrong time online. Called the help number and the lady I hit through to was very helpful and efficient.

It was a family get together and everything went great, kids had a really good time after bowling in the arcade area. Booked online easily and staff were pleasant and helpful
