Unhelpful staff

Went to Beverley store on Saturday morning 6/5/26 very unhelpful female called Tracy on self scan to busy on her phone . Didn’t feel like she wanted to help you as if you were a hindrance! Obviously needs customer service training. Thought Tesco was supposed to be customer focused!

Very disappointed with the shopping delivery
I ordered 15 lemon and parsley sauce mixes. A mixture of different flavours were delivered. 5 I sent back 8. Fish sauce I kept. And 2 lemon and parsley
The picker could not have been paying attention

Visited Tesco at Sunderland Extra the…

Visited Tesco at Sunderland Extra the customer service was very poor .2checkouts on Saturday afternoon queues down the isles .Asked for Dtore manager to complain was told could not speak to her .Nobody seemed to be interested in helping to resolve this .Had to go to customer service to get a duty manager who explained the checkout supervisor was no doing his job properly,should have called for more people to help .He explained that there were 15 people on the shop floor checkout trained .The checkout assistant told us that there was no more staff so someone is not telling the truth.The service in this store has gone down rapidly over the past couple of months but today is just disgusting to say the least.We spend over £100 every week but not anymore will go elsewhere in future .

The driver said he tried to deliver but I didn’t answer when I have a ring device that proves he never turned up and they then said there was an issue and they will have to come back out how dare they lie. Tesco are a deceitful company disgusting service! I don’t recommend them to anyone

I visited Tesco Pontypool today and…

I visited Tesco Pontypool today and completed a £150 shop, only to be told I couldn't use a screenshot of my Tesco Clubcard. I've been using a screenshot for the past year since losing my physical card and have never had any issues before. In fact, I used the same screenshot in the same store the previous day without any problems.

To make matters even more frustrating, I checked whether the screenshot would work at the self-service checkout, and it scanned perfectly. Despite this, staff refused to allow it at the main checkout, so I left my entire shopping trolley behind for staff to put back, which was a complete waste of everyone's time.

After leaving, I bought a small item and used the exact same Clubcard screenshot at the self-service checkout without any issue at all. If screenshots are accepted at self-service but not at staffed checkouts, then the current policy makes no sense and creates an inconsistent customer experience.

After spending years shopping at Tesco, I'm extremely disappointed by the petty handling of this situation. I won't be shopping at Tesco Pontypool again.

I am absolutely devastated and…

I am absolutely devastated and disgusted at the service regarding my first online (large) from Tesco marketplace from Tec Take Ltd.
The order was arriving via parcel force Stoke but after saying we were not around and yet my CCTV tells a different story, the goods arriving and only half has been delivered.
Perhaps somebody could sort the situation out that I am in please.
Shame on you Tesco’s and TecTake!!!

Every week the amount of substituted and/or unavailable items gets worse! Tesco needs to stop advertising items that are not in stock. Not sure what is going on with their supply chain but today's order will be my last. I will be trying another supplier. Its a shame as when you plan and order a week or 5 days in advance you'd think they could do better on their demand management! Drivers are usually really good and helpful but whoever is responsible for their supply chain needs replacing !! Really annoying as they used to be so good!!! 🙄

Cartridge recycling a con

Have sent in several drops of cartridges into tesco for the recycling company over the last 6 months and have not recieved a single tesco point. The cartridges were a mixture of OEM and tesco cartridges so am surprised all of these are not suitable for recycling. Feel conned and have switched to sainsburys for my main shop.

A fantastic delivery service

A fantastic delivery service. Great time slots for a good price. Staff always super friendly and very helpful, despite having to carry AlL my shopping up 3 flights of stairs. Thank you Tesco for investing in such nice delivery drivers.

Marketplace items overtaking the app

It is now a nightmare to shop on the Tesco app since they started pushing marketplace items. You have to wade through items that are not in store.

They have lost a customer as i have stopped shopping there now and go in person to Aldi or coop instead.

Tesco on Wrekin Retail Park

Tesco on Wrekin Retail Park, Telford - Mikey on Produce went out of his way to weigh 2 large heavy boxes of fruit for me, then took me through the customer service checkout, he then took the fruit to my car. He was friendly, approachable, and professional, a real asset to the store, thank you mate!

I used to love making my weekly chilli…

I used to love making my weekly chilli con carne with their kidney beans in chili sauce... lovely flavour.
now they have changed the recipe.
it's very different and not a good taste., very red, and watery, used to be more ' purple ' and thicker
won't buy again ..will make my own with plain KB I future. ' if it ain't broke don't fix it '

Poor service .

Tesco Isle of Wight I ordered a whoosh to be delivered 1.I ordered 13 items but when it turns up there’s only 7 items delivered what’s going on Tesco . A poor service you have you need to get a grip . I had to give 1 star and I would not have given it . A zero star is the best you have .

Shockingly bad Tesco customer service

After raising a complaint through the normal channels which failed to meet my satisfaction I asked to escalate the complaint. I was given the email address for this purpose as being ceo of customerservices at tesco.com
After 3 weeks of waiting I have not even received confirmation of receipt never mind a reply to the complaint. Customer service is shockingly bad with this not so supermarket.
