test meter delivered on time next day when they said it would
test meter delivered on time next day. only thing is they promoted a free gift, a voltage continuity tester they don't tell you your not getting it as they are out of stock this is trivial but it all counts if your advertising this then it should come with it not sorry were out of stock then you should say this on check out.

I was not at home
I was not at home when delivery attempt was made so item was taken to local shop for me to collect from.
Shopkeeper asked for driving license or passport as proof of id.
I do not have either so shopkeeper said package has to be sent back.
I had good communications from company when I called them regarding both purchase then delivery issue.
Received a full refund from Test Meter Group.
