Scam operation, phone number not in use, doubt their email is in sue either as dont reply. Ordered a suit, took the money, no confirmation email, no arrival date no way of getting in touch. Have contacted solicitors and bank as clearly a scam operation thats stealing money.

Absolutely love the suit, fits beautifully and amazing quality.
Provided all measurements which has resulted in a very nicely fitting suit and is really comfortable to wear.
Paid for a quicker delivery and it arrived exactly on time, ordered confirmed as complete and delivered a couple of days later.
Suit was packaged really well and Rich even included a little thank you card and bag of Yorkshire tea which made me smile.
Was slightly sceptical after reading reviews online, but noted that the majority of them were during Covid and that it is to be expected that companies such as this that make to order would have been impacted significantly and it isn't fair to judge them based on reviews during this period.
Took the chance and very very happy I did. Will definitely order from here again.

This company is a fraud. Do not purchase.
I ordered a Womens tweed suit from this company. I received the wrong suit and order. It appears that the order number on the receipt received differs from the order number provided in the email received from the company when my purchase was made. I ordered a forest green suit under order number 961899. However, the suit that I received is brown and listed under order number 960899. I tried calling the company based on the number provided on the website and the number 0113 320 8118 and it is not in service. Additionally, I was unable to send an email inquiry via the website, due to the an error code listed that there us an error trying to send message and to try later. I will begin filing a claim with my financial institution.

Ordered a jacket. One arrived but wrong size. Sent it back but have heard nothing since - 2 months! I'm opening a dispute with them via PayPal.

Ordered a made-to-measure suit 27.11.2022. Money was received within hours. Heard nothing from TBTC for two months despite several enquiring emails being sent during this period. THEN read reviews on this site. Began a process with PayPal to retract my money immediately. Within minutes of when PayPal contacted TBTC, I received an email that my suit was finished and would be sent with DHL. Receive my suit within days--at least something went as planned. The suit I received resembled a burlap sack more than a suit, and it was apparent that TBTC quickly tailored a suit that way laying in the corner. Tried to contact TBTC, no reply. All in the burlap sack cost me close to 450 GBP. I imagine that TBTC hedges that people are not interested in beginning a long- and drawn out process which will cost them both return postage and toll costs. Do not even try, this is a scam. TBTC should be closed down by the authorities.

They don’t exist. It’s a scam internet shop. Don’t be like me a lose your money.

This company is a scam. They took the money over a month ago, however, I have not received the goods nor have they responded to my emails asking for clarification. Also, their customer service phone number does not work.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I am now having to retrieve my money from the bank via a fraud claim.

Suit has not arrived, they have not responded to any of my requests for an update (3-4 attempts made), ordered 2 months ago.

You send your measurements and they send you clothes that don’t fit. The 3 piece suit I received consisted of trousers which were meant to be a size 16, and they are more like a size 12 and this was with my measurements. The jacket is massive and I so was the waistcoat both would fit a size 20. I have reached out a number of times to the company and they have not responded. I should have looked at the reviews before I bought the suit - I guess I should count myself lucky that I actually got a suit at all.

Just received my order of the Silk Pheasant and Tweed Scarf. It arrived with in a couple of days and the quality is superb.

I panicked when I read the reviews after ordering as I needed the suit for a wedding but cannot fault it. My suit came within 15 working days and fits perfectly. I've never reviewed anything but after seeing so many bad reviews I had to rate my experience. Great quality and will definitely be ordering again as there are so many nice suits available for women.

I ordered before looking at reviews (Ik that was dumb) but I was pleasantly surprised! This is like the only company that does 3 piece tweed pant suits for women and I am *desperate* to achieve that Peaky Blinders drip
I got the suit much quicker than I thought I would get it and it fits wonderfully! (I def shoulda sized up on the pants tho but that's on me that's my bad lol)
I also got a lovely hand written note and a tie clip with my suit!

Ordered a suit to measure pre summer paid £240. Its now almost October I've had no response to multiple e mails,no refund either. Don't use this company.

Absolute con artist. Paid over £300 for a "Red wine tweed suit" the fabric is so thin and cheap you can see through it when held up to light. Trousers do not fit. Wish I had seen the reviews beforehand. I am getting married in a month and will now have to settle for an off the peg suit in whatever colour I can find. I am absolutely furious.

I read the reviews after ordering and was convinced this was a scam. Even logged with PayPal for a refund . Today the suit arrived exactly as ordered. Right fabric right size even with a lovely handwritten Thankyou card and a complimentary tie pin.
I am actually embarrassed that it is so good.

So I ordered a suit, they told me it would arrive within a time frame, I paid extra to have it sent as a priory. After getting confirmation they'd received my order I heard noting at all from them. I have emailed the 7 times now without any sort of contact. The only way I've reached them is through complaining to PayPal. They sent a confirmation of order complete hours after I complained through PayPal and said it was being sent. Bear in mind I paid extra for it to be sent express delivery, I ended up having to go to the nearest DHL distribution centre, enroute to the wedding. It was fortunate that I'd prepped for the service to be as bad as it already had as when I fi ally tried the suit on none of it fitted and the waist of the trousers is about 10 inches too big. I'm an understanding person and would have just been happy with some communication of some kind but still, after emailing them again on both their email addresses I've not heard back. I can't believe how they treat customers and I sincerely suggest you go to any other company in the world, that sells suits before you get totally and utterly let down by this bunch of criminals. Don't let them get away with your money for northing.

Like many other reviewers on here, I ordered a garment and never received it.

It says at time of order that it will take approximately 28 days to deliver, but, I placed my order more than 2 months ago and still waiting…

Like other reviewers, I’ve tried calling/ emailing to no avail. I’ve now started the process to recover my money. Don’t bother placing an order as you’ll never receive it!

Ordered a waistcoat to get married in, money taken immediately, never heard from them since. Disgraceful company.

Don't reply to emails, phone number doesn't work.

Thankfully I saw the reviews on here and ordered a second waistcoat from elsewhere, but they still owe me my money.
