Not a good experience at all. I ordered one dress in the size required just so I could see what the material and sizing was like. Shipping states within 4-7 working days. Tracking number created but never posted. 8 working days later I contacted them and received a reply back advising the size I ordered wasn’t available and if they could send the next size up. If I hadn’t of contacted them why did nobody inform me of this the size shouldn’t have been available to order. I was going to order 3 more dresses as I absolutely loved them on the pictures! Such a shame, I did ask about other sizes and was promised a reply back but never got one. After complaining they did refund me which was the only good thing.

When my friend invited me to a wedding I really didn't know what to wear on this wedding. Moreover,r my wife was at panic. She really didn't know what to wear and where to find a good-looking suit for this wedding. We have decided to search in the internet for such companies which would provide us with good-looking and fashionable suits. I found this one and decided to find out all th details applying to customer support managers. We have bought here a suit and a dress. They were delivered pretty fast and this was really important for us, as the wedding had to be arranged within several days. They rescued us a lot.

I found the perfect dress that I think Alana knew was my dress before I tried it on! She knows her stuff. And we found all 6 bridesmaid dresses. I wish I could go back next week!! X

My daughters dress is beautiful and such good quality considering the price. It came quickly and well packaged too.

Wow, what a brilliant afternoon my bridesmaids and I had! Driving up all the way from Stranraer, I knew That Special Day Bridal Warehouse was the place to go for my bridesmaid dresses - and I wasn't wrong.

Upon entering the store, Arlene our consultant was warm and friendly and nothing was ever too much hassle for her. She offered us endless hot chocolates, cupcakes, prosecco, chocolate covered strawberries and mocktails which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The store itself has endless choice when it comes to bridesmaid dresses, to the point my maids wanted to try everything on! Arlene made my girls feel completely at ease and we had a great laugh throughout the whole appointment; from fitting mishaps to non-stop banter, the appointment just flew by.

Thanks again, Arlene and to all the girls at TSDBW. I will be recommending you to all future Brides. We cannot wait for our dresses to arrive :-)

Well what can I say amazing service we got from megan I was there with my daughter looking for a bridesmaid dress she wasn't sure of what she liked and Megan put no pressure on her and helped her try on think about 6 dresses nothing was a problem. And we said yes to the dress.

All the staff are lovely and welcome you .

Had my try on and take away appointment yesterday with Sophie and she made us feel so good and welcome made me feel really excited about my dress arriving and just seeing them was amazing

Brilliant experience at that special day bridal warehouse! Claire who looked after us couldn’t have been more welcoming and the shop was beautiful. Great selection of dresses and my bridesmaids commented on how good the quality was! Highly recommend other brides to go here was great from start to finish.

I was in with 3 of my bridesmaids so they could pick there dresses there is an amazing variety of dresses and what an amazing day we had with Chloe and manager Alana, Chloe had only been there for 3 weeks you would never had thought it as she was amazing we all had such a laugh and were made to feel so welcome thanks so much ladies for another great experience, and for helping my bridesmaids say yes to there dresses. Poor customer service. Company should employee people who know what they are doing. Various people replied to emails but never was able to source the solution. You can't blame Brexit on everything!!!

I went here yesterday with my three bridesmaids to look at dresses for them! Our consultant was Sophie and she was so helpful, the girls are 3 completely different shapes/sizes and she managed to pull the dresses we chose in the correct size without even asking their dress size. The girls were able to try all the dresses as they had a good range of sizes. The experience you receive is also anazing, you get prosecco on arrival with chocolate covered strawberries, then later on we all got candy floss mocktails as well! I ended up buying ny three bridesmaids dresses and a tiara to go with my dress. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking and I wish I had looked here for my wedding dress!

I have five stars. My actual appointment isn’t till November this year. But the service I have had from the girls has been fantastic. From find out direction as we are having to travel from ayr by train. To getting colour samples for bridesmaid dresses and also making the adjustments to my appointment to include my bridesmaids as well. I can’t wait until November to try on your beautiful dresses and find the one.

The staff here are amazing, so helpful and friendly and anything we asked wasn’t a problem for them. They made my day with my bridesmaids special x

I ordered 3 size 20 dresses from the budget bridesmaid section. They came fairly quick. Then when it came to trying it on. The sizing was all wrong and they smelt really bad of fish. Just cheap and nasty. Do not recommend. I also had to pay for the return but it did come back into my bank without any hassle.

The staff were friendly and made you feel welcome and comfortable
