Came in to look for some bridal ideas and was helped by dawn. She went over and above for me and my party and made me feel so welcomed. A great range of different dresses including made to order. My entire experience was absolutely wonderful

Fab wee bridal shop with loads to offer.

Dawn helped us on the day I was very nervous as I didn’t know what to expect but she instantly made me feel at ease. Such a lovely girl with a great sense of humour! Ordered my bridesmaids dresses as I’ve still not decided on my dress yet but I will be back!! Thank you!

Brilliant day bridesmaid and wedding dress shopping! All the staff were amazing, so attentive and helped us all so much with all of our different ideas and helped us come to a final decision on both bridesmaid dresses and my dream wedding dress! There is also such a great selection of dresses and colours that caught our eye which we did try (this took a while) but the staff were so patient and gave us the best advice for each and every one of us of which made our decision alot easier. I would Definitely would recommend this shop and give all the staff my highest praises

Would highly recommend That Special Day Bridal in Livingston. The shop is absolutely beautiful, the staff are so friendly and welcoming it was a joy from start to finish. We came in March for my sisters wedding dress and not only found the most stunning dress it was in the most amazing package deal! My sister was so nervous and unsure of what she wanted and Dawn the bridal consultant was amazing with her, made her so comfortable and listened to everything she wanted, gave the best suggestions and we finally found the one that made the bride cry with happiness! We then had the lovely Aimee for her try on takeaway appointment, who was just as amazing, had the dress out ready waiting for us to come in and they even let her try veils and accessories on again! She was so helpful, all the girls were , they helped in choosing the final look and the manager popping in throughout appointments made my sister feel so well looked after! Also I will add - I myself am not the most confident or comfortable in myself so I was dreading the time for bridesmaids to try on however I felt so at ease and happy with the girls help in store, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Can’t wait to for the big day now to show off the stunning dresses we got here! Thanks so much everyone at TSD! Will be recommending you to everyone

Would highly recommend this beautiful place. I am one of 6 bridesmaid's, all very much different shapes and sizes and we all managed to get dresses , it was a seamless experience,easy, the beautiful bride even said yes to an absolutely stunning dress.Aimee took care of us and she was so so so great , fab banter,made you feel at ease really , I personally get quite meh about any form of dress shopping and really didn't feel like that. Loved the music , the atmosphere,very pretty ,the other ladies in the place were lovely too seemed happy doing what they do . I Will be recommending this place for sure. TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE!!!!

After ordering twice and receiving confirmation of my order. Days later order was cancelled.
Would mot recommend at all as they were not interested in any explanation.

Great selection of dresses which are of good quality.
However
If you need to send anything back, the trouble then begins.....
Waiting over a month to get a refund is not acceptable....

Big selection of bridesmaids dresses. Plenty space for everyone to sit while dresses are being tried on. The entire process was fun and stress free.

From the minute we arrived at the shop we were treated brilliantly offered drinks and made conformable at our area. Girls are all so welcoming and supportive and couldn't have found a better to team to help find my dream dress ❤️

Got my wedding dress from here. The girls were amazing helping me pick dresses to what I kind of wanted. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Got married 26.6.22 and everybody loved my dress. There definitely the go to place for your dress

We had a great day at That Special Day. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The help and advice from the consultant, Megan, was great! My bridesmaids and I had a fab time and said yes to the dress!

My daughter took her 3 bridesmaids,me, her aunt and future mother in law to an arranged appointment to look for bridesmaids dresses at the Livingston store.We were delighted with the professionalism of Alana,Madison and Melissa. Nothing was a bother to them. They were patient,confident and supportive to all. It was a pleasure to be at the appointment. They were open to all our suggestions and offered expertise when required.
Would recommend this store experience to anyone. It was hassle free.

A place of dreams. I bought my first dress and bridesmaid dresses here in 2020 but with lockdown I fell out of love with my dress so this is the only place I thought about going to look again. Made it harder in a way as I LOVED 3 of the dresses I tried. The help you get from the girls here is like having extra friends with you, they are honestly so lovely from the owner Holly, to the manager Alana and bridal consultant Mellisa. I came away happy a second time with a new dress for my wedding this year. I also changed my colour scheme so ordered a different bridesmaid dress from their website.

I attended an appointment at That Special Day to look for my bridesmaid dresses.
I had looked online at the huge range prior to my appointment and was impressed with all of the options. When we arrived we received a warm welcome.
We looked and picked out multiple options for my Maid of Honour and Bridesmaid to try on to see what they liked and suited and Megan showed us the colour sample chart with all colour options.
After trying on a few, we found one that we all loved but it was in a different colour. I was able to picture it in my colour using the colour chart and we ended up ordering them after measurements were taken.
The say yes to the dress mocktails were a lovely touch and I look forward to picking up my bridesmaid dresses mid August.
